After a few unsuccessful attempts to get the rest of the documents, I am informed my request has been forwarded for the Judge's review.
Honorable Judge Faust denied my request. It was a long shot anyway. Null could probably get it though, as he is a party. Then again, Russ did say it would disclose it to Mr. Hardin.

Russ was sent a copy of the denial

Everyone seems to be sleeping on that in his emails with Hardin, Russell mentions going back to school. We were wondering what happened to that flight of fancy

I think this is an important development for Russ. He's spent years thinking (probably because Nippleless woman says the course was advertised as "do all but 2 things a lawyer can do!") that he's as good as a lawyer, and the way Russ has talked and reported his family talking about "completing my legal education" implied they believed he was a few credits away from being a lawyer.

I think this also puts into context his complaint that Hardin is from Virginia, where he says they have the opportunity to study under real lawyers to fasttrack their education, while he didn't have that privilege. That's probably what he thought being a paralegal was, a lawyer apprenticeship by which he can work his way up from the mailroom to being a licensed attorney (but even Saul still had to get a law degree from Caiman U.)

People in the thread pointed out Russell would have to go back to college and complete an actual bachelors before he could even begin to apply to Law School, and it seems Russell has finally learned and accepted this.

Just a note on Russell's fanciful flight about "fast-tracking" via apprenticeship in Virginia, which was a random and stupid rant:

This is exceedingly rare - as of January 2023, something like 39 people (vs 25k+ who went to law school) passed the Virginia bar 2001-2022 via apprenticeship. It also has a significant dropout rate. In addition, it only qualifies a person to sit for the Virginia bar and may not be recognized by other jurisdictions. Further, the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners notes the 20ish% bar pass rate vs nearly 70% pass rate for law students. Finally, it is not a "fast track"; it is, like law school, a 3-year effort - but 12 months/year, unlike law school which is ~9 months/year. In sum, it's heavily discouraged by tptb.

And Hardin went to law school.

Tl; dr: Russell is an idiot. And grass is green.
