That's kind of why I liked LIGMA

And then the noun of the object or objects Acquired [could also be replaced with Acquisition or Aggregation] would be a Manifest or the Information part of the word.

Manifest also seems like a straightforward and transparent way to refer to a dossier [which I still like as a choice BTW] similar to the computing shade of meaning noted above.

I'm not going to force any specific transfer, so you can pick whichever term you'd like and feels works best. Language is malleable and getting people to change at all is going to be hard enough.

Honestly, I'd rather you do. If you believe that there is a threat of criminal prosecution, then just pick the word you like, put it into word-filter and tell everyone to suck it.
