Live updates: Brush fire burns in Pacific Palisades as Santa Ana winds blast Southern California - Live video at link

what? what the fuck do you mean estimation? you're the one assigning people to the fires, shouldn't you have exact figures on who works where? jesus christ, who the fuck is actually in charge of this giga-sized dumpster fire?
In fairness they are pulling from other fire departments right now plenty of small towns are sending their one fire engine to help get things under control and those guys aren't on the LA county org sheet for some reason

Well said. I have animals, 5 at the moment but I was always horrified that most people offer food to stray cats and dogs they find on the street and feel cute and virtuous about it while turning away from hungry homeless adults or children. People will literally walk away from another human asking for food and throw their half eaten hotdogs to animals.

Most panhandlers won't accept food, or they'll just throw it away. It takes a few interactions with beggars asking for cash instead of fries, or large bills only for you to be replied about the whole grift. A lot of people begging aren't even homeless.
The fact is no one has to live on the streets or be hungry. They choose to live in the streets because they refuse to stop doing drugs. I know charities around my area that go around to homeless camps to hand out supplies and beg them to get clean and live in the shelter but none of them ever do.

I just got back from hunting for N95 masks (which we were able to get) with Mama Archeops, the smoke’s real bad and you can see ash raining down.

As far as the new Kenneth fire’s concerned I have a close acquaintance that just moved over to the Oak Park area and I texted them to see if his family was alright. Thankfully they’re getting their shit together just in case the evac warnings go off.
Someone just fat fingered an evacuation warning to all of LA County. Not as bad as the Hawaii missile warning but still a pretty serious mistake.
Mama Archeops and I got warnings about this on our phones, thank goodness it’s a false alarm.

they are starting to run fluid and consistent airdrops, there was 2 more copters that were ahead of these 2, red thing is the water bucket it came up to and refilled from

Regarding the Kenneth Fire:
25 strike teams of engines (125 engines) have been requested by Ventura County - per radio traffic.

An additional request from LA County was made for 25 strike teams of engines (125 engines), 20 strike teams of crews (40 crews) and 20 dozers.
I guess money talks.

When did we get Redditors?

Jamie Lee Curtis gave a crying interview talking about how her friends' multi million dollar homes are gone.

Curtis is also an outspoken advocate of the gender identity nutcases, including her own freakshow son "Ruby" who claims he's a woman and is on record being a fucking sexual predator and threatening, harassing and stalking women in real life and on social media.

Fuck you, you rapist defender. Hope your home gets torched and State Farm cancels your insurance.

California Insider did a whole segment about the Homeless problem. Alot of them really are just druggies and an ex-hobo even pointed out that the only solution is to take them straight out of the street and into an intensive drug rehab camp... and making sure drug dealers don't get in. There is also the fact that druggies make terrible tenants because they just fuck up any shelter they're in because of the drugs.

The hard reality to why this problem isn't being solved is because the rot benefits from these hobos because its a money laundering scheme. Take money that would have used to 'fix' the homeless to fund personal jets. Its the same story with New York. Money laundering.

If even 10% of the people in LA county take this seriously, the roads are going to be a shitshow
The phone alert message says "be ready to evacuate", and not "evacuate now", so I think that most people will hopefully not fully evacuate. If they do... whoever sent that warning absolutely needs to be fired.

Ok quick question which stocks do you guys think will tank and which will rise thanks to Los Angeles delenda est?
Apple

Think of all the macs, ipads, and other apple accessorizes that are "must haves" that would have been left behind by most millennials and are always happy to spend their feelings away. Its "cheap" enough most people will justify unneeded vanity purchases because,

"I just went through so much trauma I deserve a little treat"

plus because consumer debt is so high and normalized they wont think twice about putting it all on credit.
