You guys are underestimating just how autistic and frenzied the Wow playerbase is.
There was a content creator that got upset at another content creator like three years ago for supposedly stealing content.
It killed his channel, plus its been literal years and they still get a disproprotionate amount of dislikes because they upset the wrong God-King.
The average person will absolutely move on from this. But for the rest of his career he'll have to deal with the occassional sperg coming in and reminding him of it. None of the streamers he ever streams with will not know about him roaching out. Some of the older Wow streamers hold that view too, and he's deligitimised himself in their eyes, and their audience.
Unironically, he picked the one wrong game to do this in, and he's going to deal with weaponised autism for the rest of his career. He's probably only got a bit left on Wow, once his character dies he's going to have to crawl back to Ashes of Creation, where he'll face people spamming "Mana Gem" in chat a few times a day, and God willing his pyramid scheme will be career ending.
Whilst never binding other spells, never getting mana/swiftness/dream pots or dark runes or levelling first aid.
