Immediate example I can think of.

Starcraft 2 Mac version on release had a bug where the FPS was uncapped on the main menu screen.
Happened over a decade ago, but some machines could still see 200-500 fps.

Fixed a month later.

WoW players tend to have a visceral reaction to regular showers/personal hygiene so maybe it's his emotional support gnome. Jason knows the shower is safe and won't hurt him because gnomey would never lie to him.

He is just misinformed here. You make a game on robux. You sell an item in your game for 1000 robux. A player pays $10 USD for 1000 robux and buys your item. Roblox takes a 30% tax there, resulting in you getting 700 robux, which is what Jason is talking about here. However, if you want to exchange those robux back into USD, the exchange rate is $.0035/R$, so you make around $2.45. In net you keep around 25%, not 70%.

Now roblox does provide servers, game engine, and a social platform with discoverability, so in theory the abnormally high fees are somewhat justifiable, but whether as high as 75% is reasonable is a different argument. Another issue people take with roblox that Jason doesn't address is that they're trying to push for children to create UGC on their platform for money, and they can sometimes go far as to invest capital into advertisements and such for their game. You're just 2 clicks on the homepage away from this weird job board thing they've added and if you look through it there are clearly postings there written by children.
