Trump is signing executive orders, shutting down the border, firing immigration judges, shutting down the CBP app, releasing ALL of the J6 prisoners, and the day's not even done yet.

Elon Muskler is literally Seig Heiling.

Destiny is getting sued for digital rape and harassment of a poor, innocent 19 year old child (he's 36 which makes him a pedophile).

From Straighterade's DMs it seems that Pxie and Lonerbox might have broken up.

Back on December 15th the above tweet was posted by Wiz, friend of Lonerbox and content creator for the Pondscum Podcast. It's a short video where someone is filming an arcade where another person person seems to be sharing a joke with the filmer. The camera pans back to Lonerbox glued to his phone. Straighterade replied "There are more interesting things than Star Wars." This doesn't really indicate what was happening but it's curious.

At least the situation was volatile, it would be in anything like this, but her threatening suicide probably doesn't help. And from Straighterade DMs to Destiny Pxie was struggling to pay back $147 because her employment situation is weird. She's really pitiable. They can't announce that they were a couple if they've broken up because it makes Lonerbox look bad. She's been on Twitter continuing to spin out and I wouldn't be surprised if Lonerbox catches another stray.

Her claim for damages probably is not specific to the sharing that led to the leak. He may have sent the media to others after the fact, and she may have a viable cause of action against him for those discrete incidents, as well. Lawyers often leave statements of claim open-ended so they have latitude to canvas all potential wrongdoing during the discovery process.

He might be right about not having broken any laws sadly. The civil law Pxie cited says it does not take effect until October 1 of 2022 and we know the leaks were March 2022. I hate that he's going to get away from this scott free, legally.

At least it makes him look like the sociopathic retard he is by not apologizing or showing remorse in public at all. I hope she has evidence from other sources of him sending shit past October too. Would be so kino

Maybe. Destiny's defense would be providing proof that they were shared earlier than the effective date. But also additional later instances could come out in discovery.

It's not an autowin button or anything for Destiny and it's one of those things that really depends on the judge / lawyers.
