I love how he screenshots his screenshots, very professional.
Also notice how his family responds to his rants like a very old non-AI chatbot. They absolutely don't give a shit lol

Yuh honuh, just let me explaaaaaaaain!

Yuh honuh, I thought stating that I had witnesses were just magic words I needed to repeat to keep my sham of a case from being thrown out. I didn't know my witnesses would ever be questioned.

Russ you big dummy, you should have marked the information as protected if you didn't want to released.

What an exhausting little shit. Still professing to be blissfully unaware that the purpose of disclosing witnesses is for them to be deposed. Still insisting that Hardin violated the protective order even though the judge explained how that is not the case. Still insisting that his refusal to disclose was justified even though the judge has repeatedly and politely explained why it was not. Protesting that he didn't understand the disclosure rules even though the judge has a video explaining how it works and why you do have to disclose addresses (and dipshit could and should have asked his brother "What's your address? I need it for your testimony"), which video I believe was pointed out to Greer in the Zoom conference previously. On and on it goes.

And what really chaps my ass is that the judge will probably relent. Hope I'm wrong, but Greer says the magic words "Tenth Circuit" and it's like sudo.

So, the lawyer(paid by Moon) is including a copy to his client when he submits stuff.

Surely this is some kind of lawyer misconduct.

And I think that there are plenty of us who have been watching this thread and never once seen Null post any case documents or any details other than "funny is coming". Unless the Suno AI song counts.

Yes your honor I did indeed give defense the contract information of my witnesses but I didn't actually expect the defendant to contact them!
Greer was just expecting Hardin to take everything he's said his witnesses knew on faith alone I guess? So its obviously Hardin's fault Greer's witnesses no longer wish to testify.

I absolutely love that Greer has no idea what witnesses are, why you have them, what they do in a court case, etc.

"I had no idea they would be deposed."

I assume he's equally confounded by this "evidence" that the defense keeps talking about.

Also "I have 7 months for discovery". Well, yes, but the goal is to get the initial stuff started so that if/when more stuff comes up it can be investigated. If you wait till month 7 and you finally give a witness and the witness says "I was off work that day, but person X was there" now you have to ask for an extension to go find person X, depose them, etc.

“Nathan” + clearly a getty images photo search of “business man” = profile photo of brother

edit: oops i mean “Nathann”

Question: This filing was submitted as an "Objection" and "Request." Not a Motion. Does the judge even have to respond? Also:

Hey Russell, you wouldn’t happen to be trying to enter in statements from witnesses you stipulated knew nothing relative to the case now, would you?

Because that would mean you violated your stipulated agreement allowing Hardin to depose both your father, brother, and yourself.

Yeah, what about that? What about his ongoing and constant attempts to enter (largely inadmissible at trial) evidence and testimony into the record via his filings?

So, the lawyer(paid by Moon) is including a copy to his client when he submits stuff.

Surely this is some kind of lawyer misconduct.

Null is the DEFENDANT, dipshitforlips. Of course he has access to literally everything you're trying to hit him with.

Ordinarily I'd agree but Greer calls him an idiot like ten times in this.

I know, but he still seems to want to avoid any possible excuse the idiot could spin in his inevitable spittle-flecked appeal.

I'm getting the impression that I learned more about the legal system than Greer ever did from his schooling, just by watching She Hulk.

Which FRCP covers the twerking?

He perceives Hardin's or a court's restraint as ceding correctness
Well stated.

13/30 pages are arguments, the rest are exhibits of articles about KF and random convos he had with people
Russell responds by insulting the judge and accusing him of rendering a "clearly erroneous" decision, of "not fully considering" and "ignoring," this, that, and the other point, and of being "simply wrong." Beautiful. Thank you, Russ.

As an added bonus, he wants to fight the judge on the issue of the unredacted witness information.

being forced to pay monetary sanctions for “mistake of form,” within 14 days, would essentially have case-ending effects
Well, well, well.

You have to feel some sympathy for Russell's poor relations. Imagine having to shoulder every difficulty that comes with living a regular adult life, PLUS you have your deranged step-relative texting you with "The mean New Zealand internet people said I'm stupid! They want to kill me!" "Wow that's crazy bro, sorry that's happening to you." And then it ends up being screenshotted and published in one of his lawsuits.

As an aside, Russ spent much of his motion debunking the Judge's claim that Russ claimed his witnesses were eager, but the Judge never claimed that (in the punishment order). That's an extremely weird thing to lie about.

Question: This filing was submitted as an "Objection" and "Request." Not a Motion. Does the judge even have to respond?
The district judge does have to respond to an objection of a ruling by a magistrate, yes.
