Josh had mentioned with Ethan Ralph's frivolous copyright strikes he maybe could have argued "Ya honah I am just a simple retard and didn't know no better", does that still fly when there's videos of you saying "I'm going to send this to my copyright lawyer"
I reckon Mald's ego would prevent him from playing dumb. He has to be seen as super intelligent and all knowing at all times, even to his detriment in a legal setting.

I would half expect him to pull the classic "you're honor I will be representing myself" move if he ended up in court

Big sperging ahead.

What ticks me off about the baking part is that Maldy claims he came up with hundreds of original recipes. Google hasn't been very helpful in trying to compare this number to professional or famous bakers as I'm no baker, but the point is the pattern his lies have.

Whatever Mald allegedly does, he's not just amazing at it; he's a god. You're into baking? Mald has 100 original recipes he came up with. Work? He works 16 hours a day and also stream 12 hours per 5 days for a total of 28 hours a day. (He works his ass off kid) You're Christian? Well he wrote the fucking bible and also his dad is literally Jesus.
He's in a constant state of oneupmanship, except his level of oneupping is kindergarten level, where he immediately jump to a million, infinity, infinity +1.

Normally, when this happens, it's because the person claiming these lies has a modicum of knowledge of the subject, or maybe they're even very good at it. but not as good as they claim to be. Dunning Kruger.

Not Maldy. Not only does he not know the subject he talks about, Jason fucking sucks at it. He's a statistical outlier in the Dunning Kruger model, because in it people who have 0 knowledge in a subject are 0% confident about it. Jason has -1000 knowledge in any subject he touches and is 6gorillions% confident about it because he got carried in it. Hacking? His team carried him at DEFCON, in games which aren't really about hacking in the first place. Mythic rading in WoW? He was shit at tanking but at least his team defeated those raids, which means he also defeated those raids. Game development? BITCH MY DADDY WORKED AT NINTENDO.

So when he says he made 100+ original recipes and that he could be a professional baker if he wasn't a streamer, I call super bullshit, because it's obvious he doesn't know what the working day of a baker is like, even if I myself am not one. He wouldn't last a day given he would have to wake up at 2 am to fulfill orders, and we all know he would still be up and about to go to sleep after streaming whatever game he sucks at for 12 consecutive hours.

And this is the part where I'm deeply MATI, because this would be very funny if he didn't have (or didn't use to have) a sizeable following who believed everything he said. He's clearly the result of Yanderedev and the detestable personality of the average reddit user/mod put together. Everything he says is bullshit 99.9% of the time and anyone is capable of smelling it, but he says it with a deep voice so it must be true, right? Because why WOULDN'T you believe someone with a fake radio voice? Why would someone lie on the internet?

Many people hate the internet because it's chockful of horrible content or because it brings the worst out of people or both, understandably so. I hate the internet because it's a place full of retarded apes that can thrive by spouting the biggest bullshit imaginable if they have some charisma, even if that charisma is a fake deep voice.

I hate Mald madly, deeply, but sperging about his bread making is a bit retarded. Making bread is not science unless you enjoy to make it so, or you have a bakery. I make bread and pizza dough at home and I just eyeball the ingredients and keep adding shit until the dough "feels" right. Many people do it this way. It's not nuclear physics, even Mald can do it. Let's roast him for actual dumb shit he does.
Du kleiner Scheißefleck wirst stoppen zu verachten deutsche Brotbackkultur jetzt sofort.

Just kidding we're good lol

Looking into Khronosvii's being a "UK Copyright Lawyer"

1. Jurisdictional Issues: Claims to be a UK-based lawyer but engages with U.S.-specific laws (DMCA, Florida lawsuits, *Lenz v. Universal*), which is highly irregular unless explicitly stated. Misuses terms like "fair use" (U.S.) without clarifying UK "fair dealing" distinctions.

2. Procedural Errors: Misunderstands DMCA timelines (no "14-day rule" for claimants) and fails to verify infringing material was on Steam, invalidating the claim. Threatens legal action in Florida despite operating under UK law.

3. Lack of Legal Rigor: No fair use analysis as required by *Lenz v. Universal*, risking §512(f) penalties. Conflates copyright claims with unrelated torts, showing a lack of copyright expertise.
Screenshot 2025-02-07 012924.png

4. Unprofessional Conduct: Threatens to share personal info with law enforcement ("Nice doxx bud...") and delays withdrawing the DMCA notice unnecessarily. Claims not to be an attorney but later refers to themselves as a "lawyer," creating role confusion.

5. Contradictory Outcomes: Claims the matter is "closed" but delays retracting the DMCA notice, citing unnecessary paperwork. Misunderstands parody law, incorrectly stating re-voicing Thor’s lines transforms infringement into "mere parody."

When I see people like Jason I think about how much more I should've lied in my life

I think its notable because its yet another example where he acts like a know it all and even seethes about it on stream when its wrong like that Onigiri collab.
The bread thing is almost a 1:1 copy of his WoW tism that started his more open public scrutiny, pretended to be an expert, turns out it was basic, and even "gaslighted" (i fucking hate that word but its so petty it fits) a bit on-stream in that cooking collab about the procedure being wrong

Its just a pattern of malding, lying and seethe being developed for even simple things like a video game and baking some bread for content. It helps paint a picture of how funnily retarded he is

Do you want to be DSP? I'd never tie my survival to streaming to retards 10 hours a day.

We still haven't seen any of these career internet grifters die of old age. Have we?
No, but sometimes seeing people bulshitting their way through life and comparing theirs to mine makes me want to kill myself. But I most probably just suck and should do it anyway.
Makes me think giving input and being neurotic about everything either wasn't enough or wasn't necessary in the first place.

Just saying that there are negatives to selling out for money. None of these assholes are happy. They want to KTS too, I guarantee it. They just also don't have the balls or willpower to follow through.

Edit: As to lying. Everyone lies to get ahead in whatever career, like Sissy says below. This guy's entire life is a lie though, as are most of the ones making tons of money. Look at all the controversies some of the biggest streamers have recently faced because of their entire fake persona.

I mean, some lying about experience to get a job isn't necessarily a bad thing. If you study something and actually know your shit, there is no problem with lying about having like 1 or 2 years of experience in the work place to get what is effectively an entry level job. The problem with lying comes when you act as if you are the authority on something, while also not having the actual knowledge or experience to back it up. This is why being humble is important, even if you must lie sometimes in life to get ahead.

When I see people like Jason I think about how much more I should've lied in my life
One thing that people like Maldy taught me is most people are clueless.
I used to be afraid of slacking of during work time, or even delays that were not my fault. Nowadays when I am questioned I just start to go into tiniest detail of everything done, even if talking about it takes longer than doing it.
And usually there is no one who will question you afterwards. You don't have to lie, just pad everything with a lot of words. People eat this shit up.

Adding onto this, not sure if this IS KhronoVII but Tulio Hernadez does not seem to be a solicitor according to SRA

would love your thoughts

Big sperging ahead.
I rated you as autistic, but I want you to know I mean it in the most loving way possible.

Seeing people like Mald should put you off of lying and faking. They all get unmasked eventually. Publically or not. You wouldn't want to be going through what he is going through right now.

Jason's lawyer buddy has reached out to pvt_parts, who jokingly added the roach wizard to his game, with a thinly-veiled threat, revealing that Steam has provided him with his personal information, and even verified this by revealing his surname in conversation.

Found a recent vid of Ludwig playing a bunch of Youtuber created games, one of which is Heartbound. He's way too nice giving a "high" B, ranking it just under Animal Well, but something I found funny was that after Heartbound, the game with "raytracing", he plays Enigma of Fear, which, well.. Check out the screenshots yourself. It completely blows Heartbound's lighting out of the water lmao. Granted, Enigma of Fear seems to be a 3d game and Mald's isn't but still. Wonder if featuring that one right after Heartbound was done on purpose lmao.
