I honestly doubted he would have got anything from how unhinged he was acting during some of those swattings.

Okay, and sorry if this is tedious/stupid, but is it possible that this is a matter of procedure to show that both sides have tried to come to an agreement before an actual trial? I'm assuming that this would have happened before things were actually filed, but I'm just huffing copium at this point, lol.

Yes. It needn't be dispositive. Assuming their earlier letters as still relevant, this report would then probably describe their failure to come to a compromise. That could have changed though

I'm guessing it'll be like a million bucks or thereabouts. But I mean if he could produce the medical docs to show he has PTSD from it (reasonable for someone who is getting SWATted constantly) then probably a decent amount more?

Would it really be a million or so?

I thought a couple of hundred thousand at most.

That would make him nigger rich, as it would seem like infinite money to him, but he would blow through it very quickly.
