He's not what I think of when I think of a self-shipper, but I bring him here because of how obsessed he is with Tari. I found out about him from the above callout Google Doc, in which it the author says that he is, "literally the Chris-chan of the SMG4 community."

When the tranny Jeffrey "Jasmine" Yang at GLITCH Productions replaced Celeste with Lottie Bourne without notice, he crashed out hard and started attacking Lottie Bourne.
Among other spats on X, he supposedly sent a dick pic to Lottie's business email, tried to get SMG4-adjacent YouTuber Weegeepie to groom her (who had grooming accusations at the time and has a thread here), and asked some rule34 account to make porn of her
Now why did he crash out hard? Because apparently Lottie butchered Tari's character and voice with her disgusting British voice, inferior to the Australian voice of Celeste that SG8 grew up with. Link/Archive

So far I've shown 3 of his alt accounts on Twitter. That might seem like a lot, but it doesn't stop there: on Twitter alone he has in total 13 accounts (that I believe are his). He also had 5 YouTube accounts and has 4 DeviantArt accounts, along with a Discord alt. Some of these accounts are now gone, but I've linked what survives in the "Socials" spoiler at the end.
This isn't the only thing SG8TheHedgehog has done, though; the callout doc also mentions his habit of suicide-baiting when conversations don't go his way.
He also harassed another channel, SMGMeggy/Megan Fantasy, for a video where Mario asks Meggy (SMG4 character) out on a date, but gets rejected by her. One of the reasons he sent out the copyright strikes because the video gave him a fear of not getting a girlfriend. DeviantArt comment/Archive

Speaking of sharing NSFW details, he was called out in a Discord for retweeting NSFW on one of his alts, StudentOfAviation. His excuse was that he can't control himself when he gets hard.
The Discord account he uses here says he was 18 in 2024 (and unsurprisingly states he has autism). On his Bluesky, he states his birthday is on November 23, 2005 and he was an SMG4 fan at 7 (also likely using the Internet from that time, I doubt his parents showed him SMG4).
If he's not lying about his birthday, then that means he was definitely underage when he made his FurAffinity (January 5, 2022), Itaku (July 26, 2022), and Newgrounds (August 26, 2022) accounts, and was 18 for around a month when he made his rule34.xxx account (December 21, 2023, guarantee he was using the website before he created the account). He also has a CrushOn.AI account, which looks like a website that lets you ERP with AI chatbots. He openly talks about his fart fetish in detail in his bio, and the website shows he last ERP'd with a futa Rosalina bot

At its core it's what you said, and by extension carrying that attitude to what people decide to depict within works of fiction (which is given its own term with "profic", but one tends to come with the other here). This is before looking at terms like com/dark/whatever-shipping, which also have similar-but-different meanings that all get lumped together by its most vocal and annoying opposition.
It's a shame that selfship has to come with the catch of ultimately being harmless because of the concentration of people who do it that antagonize each other and/or their character sources. By all means, it should "just" be cringe but safe, but the most active more often than not seem like they're trying to prove that notion wrong.
Funnygirl1345 seems to be multifandom, but focuses on Cookie Run, Splatoon, SMG4, and Meta Runner. She makes her art traditionally, but also uses GMOD/SFM, and she ships her self-insert with Evelyn Claythorne from Meta Runner. Now frankly I don't know how the story goes with Megan Fantasy besides being struck down by SG8. As "Megan Fantasy," she (?, I'm not sure who is behind the channel/character, voice over used for the character is someone else) depicts herself similar to Meggy Spletzer from SMG4, same model but different clothes. Apparently she was "dating" another person, Jake Fantasy, but for some reason people behind the characters mutually decided to separate the two OCs, and announced in the end of this video made by one of her friends, Christomatic.
One of Megan Spletzer's other friends, MoonlarkSpirits, clarified why they "broke up."
Anyways, I bring this person up because she made a YouTube Community Post about a month ago, where she started to ship "herself" with the SMG4 version of Tari, and made some pictures in Garry's Mod to celebrate it.
Normally I wouldn't post about it, but in the comments, while a majority was supportive (as expected of modern YouTube users), there were some people (especially countryball fans) who were expressing distaste for this ship and LGBTQ in general.
SG8 (as MetaRunnerMomAndFriends) also shows up in the comments, too.
Megan Fantasy is definitely deleting comments expressing negativity towards this selfship and LGBTQ; I had actually seen this Community Post when it was relatively recent, and revisiting it now, I don't see some comments I saw when the post was new (for example, I'm pretty sure the South Koreaball person posted more general anti-LGBTQ comments, but I can't find them anymore, even searching under "Newest first").
Generally, SMG4 fan/clone channels tend to have younger fans/watchers. Maybe the kids are alright

I'm glad that crazy perverted autists on Deviantart is a generational phenomena and he can join the ranks of all the loons who did the same thing since before he was born.
The site was directed towards kids and with people not hanging out with family or friends due to the pandemic it was quickly used as a substitute for human interaction with the very young fanbase freaking out over downtimes or even threatening to off themselves. The chatbot was a haven for any kid to essentially form parasocial fake relationships with their favorite characters and sharing concerning screentimes on the site. However in Feburary 2024. An incident happened that forced the site to change. A 14 year old boy decided, to go get his father's handgun and end his own life.
The reasoning was full blamed on the AI. When the Article mentioned that the child was mentally ill and was diagnosed, yet somehow the chatbot was to blame, this is a well known fact of the internet that people finds ways to blame other things rather then themselves for shit they could have prevented but rather instead find a way out. Because of this users under 18 were restricted. The outrage of this was further testified on Reddit as it's normally known to exist there. The bottom line is, AI was always going to go places with the rising of deepfake technology and various things we were bound to have parasocial attachments that rival HER.
Character.ai was marked as 17+ long before the 14 year old suicidal kid got horny for the game of thrones character, and the chatbot logs explicitly showcase the bot kept telling him to not kill himself which really frustrated him tot he point he warped shit to try and further justify killing himself, something the parents and ai-fearmongering types in general tried framing as ai telling him to kill himself. parasocial shit would continue existing with or without chatbots like this being a thing. I do agree these types do use it in that way though, you go on the site and a lot of stuff is like "your gay lover roomate [CHARACTER NAME HERE]"

My closest friends had a run in with a group who wanted to "Takedown" the site and they blamed the site. All those people were pretty spergy in general. In fact, it was the parents to be blamed like what kind of parent allows a child to use a gun. Some faggots think its for the child to "protect the family" it's obvious that the family didn't give a fuck about the child until their neglect bites them in the ass. The fact that the parents essentially were rewarded for their neglect is proof that more people can get away with neglect by blaming something else.

Why does this matter? BeeWinter55 is vague about what caused the "hate": it's because Starman3 has had pedo allegations dating back to 2013/2014 and recently as 2020. He was also a dick in general and has a fragile ego, at least according to the accusations against him.
