Pretty sure this is the first time in 8 years I was reminded this dude exists and I don't appreciate it.
Just looking at his titles and thumbnails, it's clear he's just as big of a loser as always.
Also, how do you do this shit for over 10 years yet not have enough money saved up to pay your own legal expenses?

He's doing a fucking lawsuit now? Really? I watched some of his videos years back and he's morphed into the same copy-and-paste clickbait type youtuber with the thumbnails and titles, especially ones saying "ANIME IS DYING OMG" or "ITS OVER." Meeting the same fate as some others I see.

i wonder how many people are going to get this guy confused with chibinekodemyx when the thread gets out of PG. i don't think chibi's ever scammed his audience out of gofundme money, he always delivers on his embarrassment.

IANAL but spending much time in Null's various lolsuit threads has taught me when you sue for something like this you need...is it a claim? A cause? Basically something you can point to and say 'I deserve money because X did Y which caused Z'.

My point is what is he suing for? I read the whole GiveSendGo grift essay and the only actionable thing I can see is people briefly got his Twitter account suspended. Sounds like they also spammed his DA account with what I assume was CSAM, but is that something you can sue over rather than just report to the police (which he says he already did)?

Notice how I highlighted the “deviations”. On deviant art deviations = posts. Chibi used this photo in his tweet claiming the raiders posted CSAM, yet in the image we can see that there is 0 deviations (0 posts). Meaning nothing was posted, let alone CSAM as Chibi claims. This was a lie to distract from the fact he liked photos of real children on his deviant art.
Additionally if CSAM was really uploaded wouldn’t he add that to his police report, instead of useless shit like some mean tweets?
Jacob often lies like this to play up situations to gain sympathy.

I know this guy is functionally retarded but is he really retarded enough to post his actual address in his video description instead of just getting a PO Box like everyone else?
