Payment processors are schizophrenic. They hate porn because that is the one thing the government could hammer them on. So that leads to loli getting nuked. I think you're giving them too much credit, personally. Payment processors don't give a shit about anything other than their bottom line, and the same's true for Only Fans. They know that they can rely on OF to delete content like this and ban the people posting it if it ever causes a wider scandal or legal crackdown, so they're not going to take action because they don't need to. It's only when that doesn't happen (usually because a site either doesn't care or isn't going to be substantially affected by controversy in another country) that they start refusing transactions, because then the backlash could actually impact them instead of falling solely on the host.

As fucked up as it would be to see this as "empowering", they don't really care about things like that. We've seen this time and again from companies operating in different markets where laws or values vary. They'd be willing to either restrict women from opening an account if it were illegal in a market they didn't want to be locked out of, or allow people to use their service to buy child sex slaves if they thought they could get away with it. If doing that causes them to lose more income from one market than they make in another, or when they face too much government pressure from the country they're based in telling them not to do something, they're going to pretend to take a principled stance. Otherwise, they'll just do whatever increases revenue.
