Never mind that even if Musk pays nothing, he'd still be contributing millions through other non-income taxes he pays and indirectly though his companies and employees. There's also the fact that people don't pay on income, but on taxable income, so no one is actually paying a higher percent than someone with a higher taxable income than them since we have progressive tax brackets.
