Pump.fun & Memecoins - AKA: shitcoin maker for retards and rugpullers, powered by who else? Solana...

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
For every 10 you/I/most people know there are 100 out there still in active development or pre-launch or even silent development (and no that doesn't include memecoins at all). There really is some interesting stuff out there that is fairly obscure and difficult to understand that goes far beyond "I can use this to pay for stuff".
I bought into the rhetoric on Chainlink and I feel like a schizo fortune teller every-time I remember I DCA 10 euros a month into it.

protip: there are a thousand projects out there just like chainlink or projects that contain components that deliver the same functionality as chainlink

It is literally more than a full time job to even keep up with what is going on at any given time. And while people will look at memecoin market caps and other market activity, you have to keep in mind there are billions of dollars in investment/developer funds going to tens of thousands of projects that aren't even mainstream shit and many of them are non-English or so early/rudimentary that it would take a skilled/talented person like a good few hours to figure out what it is they do and whether they are even legitimate.

I hate insurance so Chainlink positioning itself as the tech needed to unfuck it from middlemen made me buy into it. https://chain.link/use-cases/insurance for any codecels who're interested. It's probably going to collapse into a scam as soon I recommend it to anyone tho since that's crypto for you.

The biggest thing is that most of the runaway success stories and use-cases are extremely difficult to predict (like pump.fun/memecoins or polymarket) and are either complete accidents or "engineered" to be successful.

Since there is so much money involved whatever you hear people talk about on tweeter or wherever there is a good chance they're either personally invested in whatever shit themselves (so they have it in their best interest to pretend it is really, actually, totally going to succeed!) or are paid to do so (or alternatively paid to denigrate other people/projects).

You really have to do your own deep dives on shit and get a good understanding of what is "real" vs what is "fake" and even then, given the amount of paid shills its very hard to have an accurate barometer on what is still going to be around in 10 years time (and that doesn't even mean that the price will make it a profitable thing).

Cryptocurrency as a concept still seems like it has potential it's just that it needs to somehow overcome its scam-prone nature or maybe that's just a feature and not a bug.

The LIBRA debacle is just another rug pull to add to the list.

I can't archive currently but it appears some white ass American kids were involved in the Argentinian cryptocurrency shit in some capacity:

I'm reading multiple tweets saying that not only are these guys retarded but they've put themselves in extreme physical danger by self-doxing themselves and given the amount of money they've made people lose on the market.

President Milei has also been threatened with impeachment over this memecoin scandal by the opposition:

Another crazy twist in the world of crypto scams. I'm curious to see what happens next.

Edited to fix some archive links.

Based on what I've read people could sue multiple people involved with this shit sandwich apparently include Faze Banks friends. But it's a lot of money to be fucking around with.

(Also thanks for archiving)

To provide some context, FaZe Banks is one of the members of the 'LA Vape Cabal' that you mentioned in Community Happenings:
In a follow up to this story it appears that some white bread, white ass Americans (apparently some are called the "LA Vape Cabal") were involved in varying capacities with the memecoin that was endorsed and subsequently denounced by Argentinian president Javier Milei
The LA Vape Cabal is a rather vaguely defined group of influencers and streamers involved in crypto. Everyone seems to agree that Banks, Rasmr, ThreadGuy and Frank DeGods are members of the Cabal but after that there seems to also be a bunch of orbiters whose exact role and status in the Cabal is unclear. They've become infamous on Crypto Twitter and nowadays are widely hated and loathed, which is partly why so many people keep joking that something bad is going to happen to these guys IRL.

Big twist: $KELSIER token now exists!

Kelsier is a person affiliated with LIBRA, as shown through tweets posted and archived in prior posts in this thread.

The creator's wallet giving free coins:

Here's something interesting:

This is the current holder's list for $LIBRA.
1739676749689.png

This is the same list as my post earlier today. The name of the wallet changed.
1739676798040.png

Why does this matter? We can see a clear connection between the $LIBRA and $KELSIER creators. The same people are involved in both coins.
1739676903058.png

Here's another:
Gj9esbWVNJyy55SDJzYudMAznewqmW3Xb6GpUakcCNwT received LIBRA from the creator's wallet directly.
1739677012877.png

And now received 20% of the total $KELSEIR supply.
1739677042594.png

Check out this one next:
Here's 61yKS9bjxWdqNgAHt439DfoNfwK3uKPAJGWAsFkC5M4C receiving tens of millions of dollars from "Libra: Team Wallet [X]" during the $LIBRA scam.
1739677157663.png

And now receives 10% of the total $KELSIER supply.
1739677201831.png

These fuckers make this shit so obvious, yet they will still make (at least) a few hundred thousand dollars.

Does anyone want to join me in creating some crypto memecoin like this for easy money? We could call it $RETARD coin, unless that already exists.

It's worth mentioning also that Faze Banks was replying to Kanye West and trying to get him to launch a memecoin during his recent manic phase.

And I don't know if it's just joking at this point.

Looked a little into it and seems KIP protocol was part of a national blockchain committee and had a partnership with one of argentina's bigger universities (they quickly deleted all posts from their social media which mentioned KIP after the scam happened but gave no statement) which may have given them more credibility in the president's eyes.
Overall it's a shitshow and I'll be surprised if at least one of these guys doesn't turn up dismembered.

Javier Milei has been charged with fraud charges in criminal court by lawyers as well as apparently conduct unbecoming of a president. AP wrote an article about it so it's real but I'm too lazy to find it.

Crypto Twitter is still going nuts about $LIBRA and people are doxing other people and trying to go after the Singaporean guy and some other people.

The faze banks/LA vape cabal guys seem to have mostly gone radio silent.

Apparently Portnoy of barstool sports was also offered free tokens before it launched but rejected them.

The claims going around are that various people or companies involved with the launch leaked the launch to other people and so a bunch of eceleb fags were able to get in extremely early.

It's hard to tell what is serious but there are lots of legal threats flying around as well as more serious threats about people's safety.

Here's one from MSN:
Article / Archive
MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay (AP) — Argentine lawyers filed fraud charges against President Javier Milei in criminal court on Sunday for promoting a cryptocurrency on his social media, one of the lawyers told The Associated Press.

On Friday, Milei posted on X about $LIBRA, a coin that he said was aimed at “encouraging economic growth by funding small businesses and startups.”
Jonatan Baldiviezo, a lawyer and one of the plaintiffs, told the AP that they saw an illicit association to commit “an indeterminate number of frauds” in the episode. “Within this illicit association, the crime of fraud was committed, in which the president’s actions were essential,” he said.

The token's name was changed. I presume it was Solscan or an exchange and not the token owner.

Here's the current top 10 holders list:
1739757533954.png

I didn't notice, but two other fake LIBRA tokens were minted within an hour and a half of the first. They've been throwing me off while tracking transfers since they all looked the same at first glance. The creators of these tokens transferred a lot of free tokens to the real LIBRA accounts, which made the token holdings look weird.

Here's a new crypto "project" I stumbled across. It might be interesting to check in the future.
I found Token niconico.ai while tracking a $LIBRA transfer.
1739758234802.png

It's a newly (2 hours ago, as I write this post) minted coin with a website.

Here's a little taste of its capabilities. The dev has been talking today about introducing the "sniper" function by showing it on livestream tomorrow.

"...predict whether a token will pump or dump."
LMAO. This might be a helpful tool for many cryptotards trying to make a quick dollar.

Here's his test of the "ai"

Thank fuck for niconico token, now I can get a girlfriend. :story:

Coffeezilla has done an interview with the creator of $LIBRA (the argentinian memecoin that got sniped/rugged/gay) on his 2nd channel:

edit: it's hard to give a summary but worth watching. The Brayden dude sounds like he got dropped/ditched by the Argentinian government or that other people basically fucked around and he's getting death/kidnap threats towards himself and his family. It sounds like he's hoping Argentina will "bail out" the token and refund people.

I do kinda feel bad for him in some way, it's hard to know how much of what he's saying is true but he can't be the only person who was printing money out of all of this.

He says he's going to have to hire personal security for himself and his family "for the foreseeable future"

The YT comments are pretty revealing:

One of the most prominent presidents in the planet going down over a shitcoin scam sure wasn't in my 2025 bingo.
It is literally more than a full time job to even keep up with what is going on at any given time.
Given how most people lose more money than they make on crypto this reminds me of that study that showed drug dealers on most cities make less money on average than working at McDonalds.
there are billions of dollars in investment/developer funds going to tens of thousands of projects
Sounds like money laundering, narcos got billions.
You really have to do your own deep dives on shit
Frankly it seems to me this only works if you have inside info, its all inside trading and if you're not in you're gonna lose.

"There's a big list and your name is not in it" or something.
LMAO "navy seals", are they trained in gorilla warfare too? if anything the special forces thread shows that most of these war criminals suck ass at their job and are only good for torturing children abroad and/or beat their wives to death back home.
It sounds like he's hoping Argentina will "bail out" the token and refund people.
Is he insane? the company I work at wont invest a dime in Argentina because they still have currency controls meaning that any money we make there we can't get out, and that's because Argentina's reserves are still in the red, and this fucker thinks they are willing to bail his ass?. I don't believe his sob story for a minute, he stole that $100 million and is clearly trying to get away with it.

Just extradite his ass and let the argentines deal with this idiot.
