I think it's really the best option in this case. It maybe wouldn't be if you were talking a legitimate, difficult lawsuit, but a total lolsuit? No amount of bias is going to cause you to lose some schizo 12(b)(6) bait.

I mean it's worth it for the memes alone. Rick getting rickrolled by some high-dollar bigname lawyer is just Tuesday, Rick getting curbstomped by your own son - that's priceless.

It's one of the few situations where you don't have an idiot for a client if you represent yourself. The whole point of a vexlit's shenanigans is to cost you lots of money while they skate in forma pauperis. It costs you nothing and is almost recreational.

And probably satisfying to do a solid for your mom against a mindless pig monster.

to be fair that was pretty unlikely, seeing as the conference centre was a long way from both Rangers and Celtic's home stadiums, meaning that even though both teams were playing that weekend, he was unlikely to have stumbled into the wrong pub by accident
that said, his LARPing both as Irish and an Orangeman would guarantee a hostile reaction from either side's supporters

Even moreso ironic that he is deep into the leftwing despite his claims to be "conservative" (see his disgust at the idea of cutting taxes). Reminds me how every Europoor potshot at rual America is simply a projection of their own self loathing,from the third world immigrants to their insufferable neighbors, Rick shares more Memetic DNA with the Europoor than he does the man he claims to be.

I think it's within the power of the executive branch to commandeer Ricky's AirBNB for the purpose of harboring prisoners.

Maybe not soldiers, but certainly prisoners. Especially illegal immigrants.

He came tantalisingly close to being jailed for Contempt during the Pay Quasi saga, only Lynne bailing him out kept him out of County. He'll try the same thing the next time he loses a lolsuit, guaranteed.

Granted it's not Prison per se, but it's close enough to send ribs into geostationary orbit.
