Unless this is just a generic short statement but he's been hyping up this as another manifesto type deal, so I guess we'll see.
Others have pointed it out but yeah, there are things you can say and in specific ways to avoid adding evidence to the case. "I deny the allegations against me (something something) and the evidence will show that I was (extorted, I am not guilty of what I am accused of) etc etc." You can hint at things with some evidence reveals. He's fighting the PR side of this as JSTLK was proposing on his stream today; the actual case outcome is secondary. He really will try to make this a manifesto and I want him dead.
I think NSE gave the strategy away a few weeks ago when she "accidentally misunderstood" the tweet she was replying to about suicide baiting. Paraphrasing "You don't know the half of it. Buckle up." This was brought to Destiny and he said, paraphrasing, "she shouldn't be saying shit." I think Destiny also sort-of hints at it in his original Reddit post, paraphrasing, "suicide threats that I thought to be genuine." Today when he was tweeking out he gave a bewildering answer about why he hadn't said anything until now (faggot hasn't shut up once) to the effect of "No matter what I did Pxie might go on to kill herself and it would be my fault." Which to him, lying, included reaching a settlement.
People have been vilifying Sunday for not caring about Pxie killing herself which is fine (mostly) and will blame him, legal scholar, for giving Destiny ideas on how to fight back (They'll be wrong). Destiny (lying) stands in contrast as protecting her life with NSE's help. Oh! All of this kindness lavished on her and she dared manipulate him into not giving her money?! You'll have to ignore the whole narrative about how Pxie wanted to handle it privately, give some money to charity, and at least partly wanted to see him "rehabilitated." He ghosted her when money came into the mix.
To be clear, from a layman's perspective Pxie was doing extortion, knowingly or unknowingly, and was being manipulative whether she was in the state of mind to do so maliciously or not. "Respond to me, give me compensation, or I'll kill myself" is a big threat, especially because they were presumably doing this without lawyers (to Destiny's benefit) at that point. The problem is if Destiny was having a crime committed against him by a mentally ill woman why didn't he notify authorities? Again, if Pxie was in such a dire state why didn't they call to get her committed? Why did Ghislaine want to keep Pxie all to herself? For the outcome we're seeing now, of course.
I'd be interested in what the orbiters who came to NSE's defense are thinking now. Now that they've been Brutally Ghislained
