If you're talking about Milwaukee, it's just like any other city, you can find good restaurants catering to most specialties. In the rest of the state, just search for supper clubs. They are old-timey and dumpy and gimmicky, and you will get a slophouse vibe when you walk in, but they are legit. They will fill you up with tasty food & spirits for relatively cheap. If you're going to be in Madison I would especially recommend the Tornado Club.

I can 100% also put my seal of approval on supper clubs. Never would have visited them if not for a co-worker dragging me to one on a business trip a number of years ago, now I try to visit a new one whenever I am in the state.

Funny how we’ve never heard of Rich visiting one (at least to my knowledge). I suspect many of them don’t let livestock eat at the tables.

But, I'd have to compare him to a boar, but with no tusks; and far worse level of ragepigging than the aggression of a giant forest hog, and all wild boar subspecies and feral pigs combined, but you take away 90% of their intelligence, and turn that boar into a human, and make it absolutely enormous, and we have Fat Rick, the Man of Pig.
