Kuihman has been very open about his dislike for all lawtubers, I believe he has stated that one of his many reasons why he dislikes them is the Rekieta coverage, and how much they got wrong (I can't comment on that as I don't watch lawtubers, and I also didn't follow the Rekieta stuff for the most part).
Important to note, that part of why it has been spammed so much lately is that it (Destiny's molestation) was something that was speculated and vaguely remembered by multiple users in the thread, but we were unable to find an exact clip of him talking about it as his Vod Archive channel doesn't exist anymore. So even if he did have permission, it's rapist-adjacent behavior at best. "Date modified" is the last date the file was written to on the filesystem, likely he only just copied the video to the USB on that date, not actually filmed it.
