Chris being this pissed either means:

A. He takes his ghost hunting grift super seriously and doesn't want people to see him for the snake oil salesman he is.
B. He is a schizo who absolutely believes in the spiritual ghost nonsense.

I lean to B, I only mentioned A since I know someone could believe that, and it's still possible, I just think if he wanted to simply con people with shit he didn't believe, he'd stick to his Puppet Steve videos.

I also like when people make accusations of deceptive editing but never explain how it is deceptive at all, and also he really cites Dante's Inferno as an official source when that was a poem written by a guy and not an official biblical source.

Oh no it's totally B. Guy honestly believes in this shit as he was doing it before he started being an AVGN clone.

It's deceptive because it casts him in a bad light and doesn't show all the times he didn't deliberately rip off James. Chris is that kind of guy that hates it when his hypocrisy is shown. Yes James has forgiven him for this because he's mellowed over the years. He's not the AVGN. That's just a character he played. That and fatherhood has really changed how he sees the world. As for Dante's Inferno it's supplanted the bible in it's description of hell for a lot of people so no surprise he uses it as an example.

I thought he was pissed cause magicmush showed the George Floyd ghost video where he's saying "then I heard I can't breathe that night" without the real "context" but the actual context wouldn't have made it that much better.

Chris Bores is basically the irl version of Biff Tannen. I theorize his infamy is mainly due to his Jock energy being in complete opposition to Bimmy/The Nerd’s…nerdiness. I think objectively Chris is a far more gifted showman than James Rolfe at this point. Not necessarily more talented or artistic,but he clearly knows what sticks and what he personally likes.

I'll always respect a nigga who finds time to do what they're passionate about and profit off it. I'm a sucker for ghost content slop, travel channels specials, TAPS, ghost adventures, it's slop but god damn if I don't love it.

I actually found the Irate Gamer way before finding AVGN, so I always had a soft spot for the guy and his content. It's really a shame, but not unexpected all the same. Looking back at any of those videos is definitely a trip back to a time that YouTube will never return to.
