Is this a serious question or are you saying his convictions weren't "proper" convictions, or do you not know? Trump was convicted of 34 felonies for falsifying business records. The theory under which he was charged and convicted was novel and arguably dubious, but they're still on his record.
White-collar crime is some of the worst. Insider trading and ponzi schemes deserve capital punishment. If you want to commit crimes join a gang and shoot other gang members.
