I don't think they are gonna shut it down. Besides things like Texas being GOP country I don't think that anyone is going to seriously challenge it due to how the political climate is going and that similar bills like the ones limiting the ease of access to porn sites passed just fine. They'll probably try to narrow down how realistic and how gross the cartoon/drawn pornography has to be for it to fall under the category of obscene, but the other parts of the bill are obviously staying as is

My honest take on this is that I am ok with the ban but what I’ve realized is that as long as you have ANY children in media these sick fucks are gonna jerk their shit to it.
