Probably not, considering the qualifiers outlined in the penal code. Depends on how a judge decides to interpret that particular case (God could you imagine being the judge that has to watch an animated sex scene and having to exercise his cognitive function to decide whether or not it passes the sniff test?).

EDIT: Also, as Welper pointed out, such scenes are USUALLY depicted as being between adults. I'm leaning more towards a hard "no" because of those grounds.
