So that detransition article I posted in the trans lifeline thread apparently sparked a huge shitstorm online in the tranny/social justice community over the last week. This cow got into the middle of it and started throwing around transmisogny and muh racism accusations at the author and paper because she wrote a follow-up after Ijeoma and a Seattle tranny activist wrote hit pieces on Facebook full of bullshit.

The response article is actually a good read and very refreshing. Someone finally calls out shit stains like Ijeoma that attempt to discredit doctors and scientists with no basis in reality. They hate facts because they go against the narrative.

But the idea that [James] Cantor has been “widely discredited for junk science” or that he has “a well-known anti-trans bias” is pure fiction..... Just because Ijeoma or anyone else doesn’t like what the doctor says doesn’t mean that it’s false.

A trump voter I know got sent a copy of Oluo's book (So You Want to Talk About Race) by their relative, who suffers from TDS. The book is like a weird recruitment tract for severe white guilt. I skimmed a PDF I found after hearing about it, and the book really says that you should buy lots of copies to the book and give them to other white people as part of your new commitment to being anti-racist. :story: it won't convince a lot of people, but I am sure it will make her a lot of money. The whole book is about how as a white you'll be forever racist and can't do anything right unless you are currently allying a POC (unless they are a POC that disagrees with all this shit of course, that kind of black person doesn't count). Only a masochist would be interested in agreeing with her.

My fav part of her whole book saga is that she was offended that her white friends didn't want to be around her as much after reading her book. No shit? What possibly could have made them feel nervous?

The weirdest part about her to me is that her black dad took off for like 8 years during her early childhood, and her white mom worked her ass off to support both of her kids, and yet her mother is the villian of the book for being unable to understand what it is like to grow up black. She seems to project her feelings about her mom onto all white people.

Which is what I’d expect from a grifter who cries about racism constantly to sell books to idiots.
