  1. Masking - Selection tools for large areas, brushwork for sculpting out desired areas. Using a brush everywhere makes you miss things and look like a toddler eating crayons.
  2. Blending layers - Yeah, that didn't happen at all. That's what opacity gradients are for.
  3. Color adjusting - Why are the rock and plants almost the same color as her face and arm? Also, why is her left shoulder a very different color?
  4. Stylistic consistency - Why is only her left shoulder a blurry mess?
  5. Colors and color range - Why are the colors so unappealing and why are you emulating 256 color GIFs?
  6. Anatomy - Where is her left arm? Where is her left hand? Does she just have a little knub after it's been lopped off? Or is that a very misshapen breast? What is going on there? It's a disaster.
  7. Input image quality - I don't see how you could have possibly picked worse images to use. You're torrented every animated Disney movie in existence; use those instead.
TL;DR - Eyecancer.
