LMAO. This just makes me think that he either completely lied about the PI, and he's terrified of Rose being underaged, which is why he's not pushing it, OR, he hired a PI, he found her, and Rose was indeed underaged.

Destiny is far too spiteful and prideful to just let people go.
Just think about the lengths he will go to just to try to get back at people who make fun of him for this situation or because of his molestation (Kuihman). There's 100% a reason why he's not going after Solo, and the only one I can think of is because as I've said a million times, he's afraid of knowing Rose's age, or he already has a definite answer, and it's career suicide as she was indeed underaged.

Destiny has publicly stated, multiple times, that he's willing to waste tens of thousands of dollars to bully/ruin people legally, this is his perfect scenario that he always dreamed about, yet he won't do it? hmmmmmmmm.

Also, something that people never mention. Destiny 100% has his full conversations with Rose saved and archived in his PC, he always saves them. He knows Rose very likely gave Solo full permission of leaking everything to humiliate him, either that or Solo = Rose. However, he has never leaked any of his logs with Rose, ever, he's extremely protective of them in a way that he's not with any other logs of any other drama he has ever been involved with.

It's clear Destiny doesn't want Rose to be found, if this was any other situation he would have already asked his chat publicly for help, but not here. Again, the reason why is pretty obvious.

If the universe is just and he gets fucked in all cases filed against him I could see him go from his standerd libtard pro institution stances to becoming an anti-institution right winger. The way he continues to deflect any responsibility for how the leaks happened is utterly, insanely, delusional and pathetic. The situation is simple, and while it's not surprising most of his core audience won't look into the clear evidence he's guilty because they don't want to confront the uncomfortable truth that their debate god daddy is a sex pest, this is all a direct result of his actions.

No one should care that Destiny is a partial victim in all of this because he has also participated in leaking sexually explicit material. At best, he is no better than Solo and 100% responsible for revenge porn as well. Solo however, is not a political streamer who preaches about morality, principles, and consent. He is not a public figure with a large parasocial audience who are easily influenced into mimicking his abusive behavior. There's very little reason to spend much time at all calling out Solo for leaking revenge porn. If the police choose to investigate it, they can hold him accountable.

As many of us have continued to say in this thread, Destiny needs to shut the fuck up. The more deranged attempts he makes to point the finger at others and smear them for trying to hold him accountable, the more his disgusting pattern of behavior is on display for all of us to see.

If you go to random videos, like Noah Samsen's comment section, where people are discussing how Destiny is a sexpest, you will always find a few of his Footsoldiers defending him by "correcting" comments by saying that he's not being accused of recording without consent, simply spreading it without consent, as he had Pxie's consent to record.

Or so many different times that I've read a Footsie saying that all he did was "spread nudes", often times they don't even know he was leaking full sextapes.

The vast amount of times I've read those kind of retarded comments, over and over again, tells me how little the average Footsoldier actually knows about the situation. They don't even know what the allegations are, they just know they have to deny everything.

I do think Solo is probably telling the truth that Rose gave him access to the account to do whatever he wanted with it. I think that if this was a case of "spiteful ex takes over the account and spreads a bunch of shit as revenge" she would have already come out and said so even simply in form of a text, but she hasn't.

No one has appeared anywhere and stated anything like that.
Solo was also extremely protective of Rose info, something that only someone who cares for her well being would do.

My only two possibilities from the start have always been that either it's Solo, which I don't think anymore, or Rose was always making fun of Destiny behind his back, which is why she doesn't care that Solo leaked everything.

Lol, a chatter asked Destiny whether Pxie may have filed as a 'Jane Doe' to hide her real name, to which he responds "that's not really how this works." What could he possibly even mean by this? Of course Pxie filed under a pseudonym to hide her real name, why else would she do it? If she didn't seek permission to file the case under a pseudonym, she'd have to file under her legal name.

I noticed Destiny does this often to try to impugn others' intelligence. He'll vaguely say people don't understand something or other, without really explaining why, often because HE doesn't really have a deep understanding of whatever it is he's talking about.

That actually surprises me some of these footsies might not be aware of the extent of his actions. If you have the energy to watch a streamer daily and even defend him constantly in various comment sections surely you at least know the full story or know what the guy is like. I mean he's pretty open about being a sexual hedonist. As an example I love watching LowTierGod but you'll never see me defend the retard as I have an understanding of who he is.

I can at least understand the logic of arguing in bad faith to defend his reputation if you actually believe he is some liberal savior of the left (as wrong and retarded as that is).

I guess I usually assume malicious behavior when I should first assume retardation.

It would create far too much cognitive dissonance to confront the evidence and they won't actively seek it out. It's much more comfortable to take Destiny's word that everyone calling him out is insane and disgusting. So many footies identify with him personally, watch him nonstop, and participate in his community daily, it's a huge part of their lives.

How it would even be bad publicity to go after the guy that leaked your shit online? Unless it was Rose herself and she was underage or even she was of age, but the fact that you trusted someone for so long, gave her details about lauren divorce and your love for her, leaked unconsensual porn, if everyone found out about how much of a retard he is to trust this person, yeah I can see how that's bad publicity.

It was obvious before, but now its clear, there is no hacker, it was either Rose or her boyfriend probably with her consent, considering destiny hasnt show any new DMs with Rose where she mentions a hacker or a vengeful ex.
