The harassment statute hardly ever gets used because it is on incredibly shaky constructional ground. I have no idea about the OP guy, I just found this thread from the community happenings post, but i've seen dozens of these 'pedo catchers' do their thing for social media views (which is why 100% of them do it) and very rarely do they end in a conviction. Literally the OP title says that this faggot in question 'infamously botched the EDP445 case'. Chris Hansen was a professional who worked with law enforcement, these guys are just trying to farm views.

It’s honestly really impressive. You are correct about 90% of other catchers now. They have zero clue how to actually go about it and get convictions

The guy they caught yesterday was the second time (cross dressing freak) . Just a few months ago they caught him, guy admitted to molesting his sister, cops arrested him and then let him walk. They catch him again yesterday because he was talking to yet another decoy and he gets defended by his job and then the police. Not an excuse for Alex, he should know better by now. They get a lot of convictions, and they’ve gotten more than 1 pedo hit with a life sentence. The conviction rate depends on the state but it’s getting higher by the day thankfully.

Rosen works with law enforcement consistently now.

He was retarded about it back in the day, but now he's got his routine down, and he's gotten convictions in most of the states and even one in Canada. Last I saw, his arrest number was >60 and convictions >40.

This week's incident only happened because the Steak & Shake franchise owner Karen was trying to prevent him from confronting her pedophile employee.
