He had teenage rage on those forum posts but his point of view might not have changed since then because he recently went on a gaymer crusade and falsely accused a guy of driving someone to suicide just because he allegedly cheated on vidya gaymes, without presenting any concrete proof whatsoever.

If you notice anyone sperging a bit TOO much, check for the triangle, and if you see it, understand that it's not just you "noticing" the behavior, and in all likelihood you should treat the post as bait and ignore it.

But I won't do this, or shouldn't have done this, as regardless of what I think about Billy's relative merits vis-a-vis Karl or just his merits in life in general, it's not going to be productive.

my thoughts, for what they're worth, is that while Billy is a silly person, and definitely a cow in his own right, he's a relatively mild and harmless cow with some redeeming, or at least endearing, qualities; a throwback to an earlier Internet age, where the worst thing you could find about a person was "he's way too obsessed with parallax scrolling", "he put a Sailor Moon porn gallery on his Geocities page", or "he cheated on a speedrun and his friends didn't care because it's just fucking Donkey Kong".

Downright harmless compared to Karl, and unless I discover that Billy is trafficking HRT hormones to children or something wild like that, I'm glad he won the case.
