This was February's:
View attachment 7202166

This was March's:
View attachment 7202167

He still hasn't released April's yet. It really is impressive just how little he actually does on his game.
What is listed as Content for February:
  • # has been added to Heartbound font: Not Content
  • Sheldon's storyline has been extended: Content
  • Country Locale codes have been replaced with localized language names: Not Content
  • A quit menu button has been added to the menu with an 'Are You Sure?' option: NOT CONTENT
  • An end is no longer the end: Whatever that means, I think it's just some hype stuff he's doing to tease something. So I assume, Not Content.
What is listed as Content for March:
  • The Clash (area or whatever) is now accessible after the Mossbacks scene all goes wrong: Content
  • Dialogue has changed for the Artifact in some areas: Not Content
  • Some things in Animus are now remembered: Content???
  • All memories have been forgotten: I am just going to assume, Not Content
  • All changes from Patch 1.0.9.64 have been merged into the public branch: NOT CONTENT.
So, at the end of two months of updates, the only new things are a storyline extension, a new area and some animus stuff or something. And you're telling me, people have to pay $10 for this? It should be free with the insane lack of updates it's getting.

For some games I can understand why updates take a while, games like Zomboid, Ravenfield and People's Playground. All three of which are being developed by a small team or just one guy. But the difference is that those games actually have a workshop for players to get extra custom content without needing to wait, and their default updates have a lot of new content. It'd say it's worth paying for all three of those great games instead of this indieslop.

Another ferret fucker, Marshall Farms, tattoos? What is going on?
Just a guy he replied to, not that deep.
The ferret news faggot is starstruck by Mald and Mald shares his cub drawing GFs expertise on ferret tattoos and... that's about it.

There is just something so creepy and offputting about this... just can't find the right words to express it. He literally uploads a daily mustelid picture every day.

He knows nothing about Cybersecurity. He said VPN isn't a security tool - it is, it's literally designed at the enterprise level so employees can securely use tunnels for connections between gateways of a WAN using IPsec and AES256, if not a proprietary cryptographic algorithm by the SP. Why? To avoid MitM and other attacks in transit. The most vulnerable parts of VPN are endpoints, that's it, and those endpoints are usually past the DMZ for an important network.

I've worked in this field for 15 years and I sperg out every time he says something about it, I can'tcontain myself.

He also said he doesn't trust ISPs to the point of saying some retarded shit like "I need to be the network admin of every network I connect to, and controls the gateways ". Aside from being literally impossible unless you run your own services in a LAN like Terry, or live in a basement intranet, everything you do is public facing Internet. It's vulnerable.

Is he the network admin of his phone's connections? Down he own his phone's gateways? What about the ISP?

Like the shit he said is BEYOND retarded.

He gloats about storing his passwords and keys in exif data in images. That's cool, it's clever, but it's bad security practice and hygiene. If he really worked in sec, he would know that half the shit he does disobeys NIST principles on standard and efficient security practices. Economy of Design and Defense in Depth are two off the top of my head.

His banking? He refuses to do VOIP/verbal banking because he says his voice is on the internet with hundreds of hours to be trained on a waiting LLM. Smart move. But even if that's he case, banks need a number of things to proceed before anything related to transactions can be initiated: a passphrase, SPII, and 2FA. Three vectors need to be satisfied at least. This forum knows one vector and it might be out of date.

The only smart thing I've seen him done is receive his GameJam entries on a DMZ type isolated network that's able to scan for malware. But since he made a short gloating about it, he's just giving attackers more info to adjust their behaviour. Logic bombs, compression worms, what have you.

Sanctimonious fucking twat. Deserves a rotting ferret in the mail.

Marshall Farms is the "big pharma" of Ferret rescue apparently. So a noble endeavour, if not for the fact that Mald is known to buy ferrets from pet shops, who then have to restock, perpetuating the demand for more ferrets to be "rescued".

I have another concern.

He wants the rescue to grow to 250 at capacity. Is there a demand, naturally, in the state of WA, USA, for ferrets to be rescued by "farms" of the high a capacity?

My second concern is...

... they haven't, ever, released a ferret. What's the point of a rescue if once rehabilitated and healed, they aren't rereleased?

So either Jason's project is a half-way house for rescuing ferrets (it isn't), or he's scaling up his fetishised operation to horde them for PR points and revenue.

This is a sensitive point for him because when complimented on his "pets" he sperged out about calling them "pets":

Wouldn't that then categorize Mald's "Ferret Rescue" as more of a "Ferret Hospice" due to them "all being terminal" and if that's the fact - it's not a "Sanctuary" at all but a "Death's Waiting Room for Tube Rodents"?

What a horrible grift. Hoard dying ferrets, buy ferrets from pet shops justifying it as "Rescuing" and then holding onto them until they die while guilt tripping the less informed to "Pay you to take care of them" through "Stream income and donations". This guy needs animal control to come in and give these poor creatures a humane end rather than dragging that shit out. His "mercy" is just prolonged torture for them.

I don't think he can even register as a 501 because his operation would then need to draft a mission statement, policy guideline, procedures etc specific to animal rescue. Then he'd need to register a treasury account and show accounting for said policies towards stipulated endgoals typical of animal rescue shelters. That would limit the scope of what he can do significantly, assuming what he wants to do is collect ferrets like Pokemon.

Judging by his shallow-ass knowledge of anything twchnical at all, he probably thinks he is, based on the fact he is an admin of his PC. :)

That's because they are sex sla- I mean lovers. :christine:

Mald will assassinate a ferret and blame this month's lack of update for his shitty game on grief and whatnot. Watch me be right.

The month is a third of the way through, it's a little late for that

3 hours to go till we get that big promised update "This week"
He knows nothing about Cybersecurity. He said VPN isn't a security tool
I often wondered about this as because my job has those awful videos on cyber security and they always mentioned being user to use the company VPN for security.
Not that I ever believed Mald, but man its given even to us peasants in basic yearly training 101

As much as I hate mald and think ill of him. He won't. He'll just use anything that comes up as an excuse DSP style.

It's the equivalent of saying "you don't need a VPN unless you're bypassing geolocked content", which is fucking retarded.

Those PD videos you watch are to remind tech illiterates that outside of company networks, everything they send or receive goes through public facing gateways, usually with default firewall rules, broadcasted SSIDs, and most importantly are sharing traffic lanes with unknown tenants. Tunnels ensure whatever you do is isolated inside authenticated traffic lanes, so every user is known to the VPN as a trusted client.

There's session hijacking, but that's beyond the scope of technical controls, and why session logs and handshakes are so cumbersome. E.g. "your session has expired" is a typical response when tabbing to your banking online after leaving it idle for X amount of minutes.

He prides himself on social engineering, a subset of soft hacking, which involves asking sensitive questions of employees to gain their trust or data or behaviour patterns, which would then be collated into a report for an auditing team. But that's not technical at all, and it's usually done by contractors with advanced hardware like modded Flipper Zeros and port scanners - even then it's a job done over no longer than a few weeks to gain whatever you need to know about the organisation's security posture for "human/personnel" level vulnerabilities.

Shocking development.
We are now 7 days after and well over a week after and no new stuff!

:stress:AWW JEEZ GUYS MY INTERNETS BEEN OUT FOR OVER 24 HOURS. GEEZ> AH COULDN'T DO ANYTHING. :lossmanjack:

Well, at least you could work on your game without any internet for 24+ hours right?
Right?
Edit: He can't work on his game because without streaming entertainment on a second window the tedium of his trash coding is unbearable.

What I read was "Even though I could get a 5g LTE mobile hotspot for $50 or use the other house that my channel mods work out of I still can't do the thing my entire life revolves around!" and it really screams "No contingencies". At what point between buying a ranch mansion and having a suburban track home did he forget to have redundancies "just in case"? Isn't that what networking, IT, and Cybersecurity are all about?

My thoughts exactly too. If my job depends on internet and I'm making a lot of money off it, I am going to have a mobile hot spot good to go to at the very least stream something content wise.

He's either lying or his internet is back online.
