It was the Tucker Carlson interview with Vladimir Putin, but instead of reviewing the thousand-year long history of Russia & Ukraine, the beanie boy recounted the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to explain why the United States is headed for civil unrest:
After doing some more research, Texas law (penal code section 9.31 & 9.32) states that self-defence requires you "did not provoke the person against whom the force was used". You cannot use deadly force in response to simple assault, but only in cases where it is "to protect the actor against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful deadly force", or "to prevent the other's imminent commission of aggravated kidnapping, murder, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery, or aggravated robbery".
Another disqualifier to deadly force being used in self-defence is "if the actor consented to the exact force used or attempted by the other". So, Karmelo inviting Austin to "Touch me and see what happens...punch me see what happens", only to be shoved, or struck, additionally invalidates that argument.

Ian fears the consequences of a wider war, where Russia & China become involved, directly, but the beanie boy tamps this down. He argues it would be covert actions, instead:

Also, Tim makes the presumption that someone pushed Karmelo to say "Punch me", by making a fist, claiming there is a gap in the police report where that could have happened:

The problem here is that a nignog entered the wrong tent and when told to leave they nigger raged and killed some one instead of just leaving, the fact that he had a knife that he may be allowed or may not be allowed to have dose not matter just because the implement used for self defense is illegal to own dose not make the self defense invalid, illegal possession would be a valid charge but not the self defense.

Tim is ALL-CAPS POSTING that the people convicted for killing Ahmaud need to be freed. However, Tim is upset because he considers the calls for the death penalty for Karmelo as a tribal response from conservatives that have not reviewed the police report. Tim claims that the report states definitively that Karmelo was friends with a student identified as E.P. at the school (it does not, a third person claimed he might be friends with a student), this friend identified him to the police (he did not), Karmelo did not flee & surrendered to police, it was not an enclosed tent (why does that matter), it was thunder-storming at the time of the attack (no, it was not). Tim tries to argue that the defence may claim Karmelo being short & slim felt intimidated enough to fear for his life from "four other dudes, threatening to get physical with him". Along with this, Tim repeats that Karmelo did not trespass because he was invited by E.P., which is not stated in the police report. For someone upset over people not knowing the police report, the beanie boy certainly does not, either. Tim pivots back to talking about Ahmaud Arbery's case being improperly adjudicated:
Tim bemoans how "not a minute goes by, in this story, that I don't see someone completely incorrect as to what happened". Tim repeats how people should read the police report. The same one the beanie boy mischaracterised, repeatedly, in this. He brings up how Matt Walsh said that Karmelo stabbed Austin Metcalfe over being "disrespected". Tim now admits it may not have been raining, at the time of the attack, & the incident may have escalated because a black teen did not want to get wet:
-Tim lays out the format for the live shows for The Culture War, in which he incentivises booing & audience reactions to statements. Yes you are right in this case the Nigger gets two charges murder and illegal possession but if he did act in legitimate self defense the illegal knife would not or at least should not invalidate the self defense claim

I know this is usually a recap of the IRL episodes, but his Culture War channel had an interesting episode yesterday. He had a couple of JewTube podcasters on debating the Russia/Ukraine war, one for more US support, and one against. While neither podcaster was particularly memorable, the liberal was completely outgunned and woefully unprepared. To the point that he couldn't even name the oblast regions of Ukraine, and the anti-Ukraine guy probably didnt even say 2 words the whole 2nd hour of the show, because Tim himself completely demolished the pro-Ukraine argument.

Now, Tim admits he knew nothing of the laws in Texas, & used Illinois' statutes to come to his conclusions on the case. Now, he is more on the fence. If only he had looked up the laws, during his 16-hour workdays, Tim would not have had to go through all this:
Tim, now, states that the video footage must prove Karmelo Anthony committed murder, & that witnesses showing the video to police was omitted from the report. Tim continues to argue that Karmelo was definitely friends with someone at the school, that was why he was in the tent. Though Tim previously argued hard for it not being a tent:

This ignores that the super-chat was specifically talking about this case, while Tim extrapolated it out to a general rule. Jack & Tim confess that they did not review the law, for themselves, but asked "lawyer Grok". & LLMs are so reliable, in presenting facts:

In it a shoplifter was fired on by a gas station attendant, & fell to his death, from an overpass when fleeing the gunfire. Not sure why Tim brought up this, but he moves on to talk about how bringing up the non-lethality of shoving "hurts self-defence arguments". Chris pipes in to say that Karmelo stating he acted in self-defence was before being Mirandised, which could see the statements thrown out. Tim fails to understand this, & has to have it explained to him, again. Jack & Tim respond that proffering a statement at the scene of a crime, without being asked, is not the same as being questioned by police. Tim does worry about BLM riots that may intimidate jurors. Jack asks Tim if he thinks BLM is as strong as it was in the past, but does not get an answer:

There was a rather extended discussion surrounding President Donald Trump deporting illegal aliens, like Kilmar Garcia, with alleged gang affiliations, to El Salvador for internment. For a man normally skeptical of police & courts' ability to properly adjudicate things, Tim suddenly has a lot of faith in the system. I clipped some highlights, but here is the timestamp: 5:53-47:05

Despite Ian being clear that he is talking about deportations of people alleged to be part of a newly labeled "foreign terrorist organisation", Tim tries to change Ian's point to being about indefinite detention of Al-Qaeda members. Hannah contends that if people are being jailed in CECOT, after the U.S. deports them as alleged members of MS-13, it is incumbent on the Trump administration to clearly prove it, in the courts, before deporting them. Tim goes on to rebut arguments of due process being circumvented, because if El Salvador jails someone, it is not President Donald Trump's fault for deporting him there, for illegal entry into the United States:

When Hannah asks if it is correct to simply hand them over to a government with no authority over them, if the U.S. has not verified their criminal activities. Tim turns this into a strawman hypothetical, asking if Hannah wants to let verified criminals loose unto El Salvador. Hannah rejects his framing, & agrees with ensuring due process is done in El Salvador to verify gang affiliation:
Hannah would like Congress to step up to resolve this impasse, via legislation. Tim argues that it is impossible to have proper habeas corpus hearings to prove illegal entry & criminal activities for each of the tens of millions within the U.S. Phil pushes to "run right over the judiciary" & defy the rulings, using Abraham Lincoln as precedent. Tim pivots to showing legal filings from the Kilmar Garcia case, posted by David Freiheit. Both David & Tim claim this proves Kilmar was part of MS-13. However, looking over the filings, things are not as cut & dry. ICE allegedly said "all the evidence and intelligence they had was what was contained in the GFIS (Gang Field Interview Sheet)", per a defence filing. Ian questions the wisdom of doing what Lincoln did, as Phil recommends, as it could result in jailing Supreme Court justices. Phil quickly says his intent was to have Trump ignore rulings, not jail anyone. Hannah & Ian question if violating checks & balances is a good decision. Tim responds that due to the current situation, you may have to, after all the lawfare going on:
Ian notes that Trump does himself no favours by making joking statements about deporting American citizens to El Salvador, to serve their sentences. Tim asks a loaded hypothetical, asking if Ian would prefer execution in the U.S., or internment in El Salvador. Ian states he is unsure, because the conditions in CECOT & lack of ability to appeal would be akin to death. Even Elad chimes in to say it would be "cruel & unusual" to sentence Americans to that, but makes clear that any system can wrongfully sentence someone, so it could be alright. Hannah & Tim chime in that sending an American to another nation for jailtime, wrongly, violates Blackstone's formulation, & makes the action improper, which is why they oppose it:
Phil asks about what timeframe for the current judicial overreach, Tim notes it is post-World War II. He begins talking about the uni-party establishment of international control of finance, as an example. As he lists out the IMF, World Bank, the Swift payment system, Ian chimes in with "Israel". Tim was saying how much he loves how the police didn't shoot that one black dude who was freaking the fuck out. Here's the issue with that. If that guy were to get away from the cop, and somehow end up killing someone else via driving like a retard then I would say the death of that person is entirely the fault of the cop for not stopping a clearly dangerous man.

What if the black guy just killed the cop? I'm not some fan of cops, but if you're at the point that you see a cop with a uniform and a gun and you're willing to charge them in a blind rage you deserve to be shot, it's basically a Turing Test to check if you can recognize danger and avoid it instead of chimping out.
