I really hope this deluded fool and Karl keep discussing legal strategy and go for the appeal. It want to see this garbage read in court.
Yet his entire legal strategy ran along the lines of his narrative, he posted the defamatory statements, later repeated by Karl, on his discord and in comment sections and he keeps repeating the entire litany of braindead accusations, including reddit sources, to this day. He was not a defendant, but his narratives got summarily destroyed. No wonder he hates this judge so much.

Someone pointed out what you got wrong about the MGRR guy, but your post was mostly correct! Except for the part I quoted above, here's what actually happened with the girl, from what I remember:
During the trial, this schizo Billy stalker was tirelessly praising the judge, repeatedly calling him "astute", among many other compliments. Then reality hits and, because he's a deranged moron, he does a 180-degree turn.

I don't want to read all that. I just want to know how the judge is "gullible" though. The facts of the matter are that Karl made up a story and said that Billy made a man kill himself. He took it town, then republished it despite having several sources tell him it was wrong. He also lied and said that Billy didn't try to contact him about it. Then Karl made a shitty retraction segment hidden at the end of an unrelated video. Then he proved malice by making 20 videos about Billy despite being sued by him and then going on a podcast saying how he'll be a sore winner to him. He also crowdfunded money from people without telling them what the actual lawsuit was about.
Simple. He (Ersatz_Cats) claims that the judge simply believed things Billy presented, read everything in a favorable light for Billy, did independent research that supported Billy and on the other hand was biased against Karl based on how the judge characterizes him, that he did not go look for not-admissible evidence himself to support Karl's claim, and then this part is especially memorable.
