What Billy said in some video somewhere at some point in time is entirely irrelevant to the proceedings, other than the fact that Billy literally said "Karl lied".
Ersatz_Cats is literally claiming that Karl restoring the defamatory statement was logical, because Billy made a video saying that Karl was lying, therefore Karl was right and restoring the defamatory statement was the correct thing to do.

I posted these in the legal thread but I am 100 percent convinced that Ersatz was the “source”. He’s the one who first “confirmed” the financial settlement to Karl back in August 2020 and he was still adamant about it in response to Billy’s “Regarding Apollo” video.



This statement from ersatz is rich, considering that everyone knew what Karl was inferring with his statements (which was even brought up by the judge). The average joe can put two and two together about what Karl meant.

Exactly. He almost certainly beat some of the records on MAME. But

1) nobody has been able to find that he used the emulator to cheat. And you know that they have been obsessively trying for years to find some proof that he actually cheated.

2) he later achieved the same records on original hardware anyway, and those records are not in question.
