First, taking estrogen, the complete opposite hormone for muscle growth will surely help you keeping in shape.

Looking at the side effects for estrogen it clearly says it induces fatigue and weight gain, and more other bad ones like high blood presure. So it is pretty much an uphill battle trying to keep up to maintain any sort of physique.
