This petition is well intentioned but I'm done with gender recognition we need abolition now.
No more legal sex. The only reforms we should accept should be steps towards dismantling the violence embedded in sex segregation.
Legal Sex' time has been and gone. We tried it and it was unworkable. That's why it's failed in courts to protect us despite two different statutes and multiple European human rights court rulings.
We tried it. It didn't work. Time for something simpler: abolition.
There is no need to regulate who has a correct sex or not. There isn't to my knowledge a case where this has protected anyone's welfare, but there are countless cases where this has caused harm to members of the sexually marginalised people that sex discrimination law is supposed to protect.
We need freedom to transition. This is in direct opposition to the attempts to regulate and prevent unlicensed transition.
We need freedom not to conform to sex stereotypes. This is in direct opposition to rulings that say that "biological" single sex spaces can exclude people whose face don't fit
We need recourse to protection from sex discrimination. This is in opposition to the idea that to face sex discrimination you must be perceived to be part of a marginalised sex or lawfully assigned it at birth (given that sex discrimination often targets women perceived as manly and trans people)
Abolish legal sex now. Liberate sex from legal regulation altogether.

TV & "Tranny" are the most appropriate terms to describe them because they can't change biological sex, which makes them cross dressers. I remember the first time hearing "cis" and "trans woman" was around 2013 on tumblr, and somehow they've managed to be able to usher in this kind of language into law.
The trans movement in the west has gone mad. It seems like ONLY the asian ladyboys know their place, because they never demand anyone to call them "a type of woman" . You'll see the most non passing white men, calling themselves "transwomen" and being so aggressive towards women.
How do these people not feel embarrassed acting so masculine? They are the reason why alot of people hate the trans community now. No one had an issues with ladyboys.
