It's clearly because of the clause about profiling users and their relationships, though. The semicolons separate out three independent clauses that fall under the same category:
Being used for profiling users (in general), being used for discriminating against protected classes, and being used for determining eligibility for antyhing important. Those are three separate things (and are formatted as such), and are just listed together because they're all some form of using access to discord servers to categorize users on a wide scale.
The bot categorizes discord users based on presence in specific servers, so it violates the first one.

I want to remain optimistic that Roblox and Discord gets deleted off the face of the internet but when shit like this hits, it often feels (and most likely it is) like they are working in close tandem to each other just to snuff out the non degenerates and corrupt children born from this world everyday.

At least the Roblox script is still active. Not good that the groomcord isn't, but there was a time before it happened too. If only less people used groomcord and there was some sort of alternative. I don't think skype or teamspeak is coming back however.

This reminds me of a time I had a more revolting interaction with some tranny on twitter arguing that "to not allow adult trannies to have access to kid trannies so that they can "guide/emotionally support them", is actually transphobia."
When in reality, it's just because they want right of passage to abuse kids the same way they were almost certainly abused as well. Same exact argument milo made about being abused as a kid (on rogan), and that it was a good thing because his abuser showed him the gay ropes or whatever tf he was trying to say. Sick bastards.
