Why does Mald give his ferrets foreboding names like Ghost and Kylo (Kill-o)? I don't know if sacrificing a ferret per month in order to extend your deadlines is an efficient way of coding but he does seem to have plenty animals stocked up.

Alot of DrK fans have brought up how poor his first 2 interviews with Mald were in retrospect to the SKG and LSF drama, most had very little clue to his character beforehand, so it will be interesting to see how DrK holds Mald accountable, per his fanbase request.

I don't watch his content, nor do I have much interest in psychology, so I won't comment on his legitimacy, but I agree that he is probably "helping to rehabilitate" mald's image. However, while I don't know DrK very well, I have seen the comments from his community overwhelmingly asking him to question pirate on all these issues surrounding his game, DMCA, toxicity, cheating, doubling down on skg/diremaul etc. That's where this rehabilitation could backfire for Mald, since, as I said before, his fanbase is requesting these things of him, and it'll be interesting to see whether DrK obliges or not, especially since he is facing pressure from his entire community over their anticipation for this interview.

Agree on the narc mind part, everything surrounding heartbound is to hype up his reputation to a normie audience that won't proceed to actually verify whether Mald is this "experienced game dev" he claims to be. Heartbound, in the early days, gave him legitimacy as a game dev "content creator" and "influencer" to the normie audience.

Absolutely. He 100% resents the fact that he was forced, by the pressure of his own unmet promises, to actually work on the game. And the suppression he feels is magnified by the fact that at the end of his procrastination, pain and exertion, he's still essentially in the exact same situation: the game from a practical standpoint is no more complete, it's still seven years late, and the clock is ticking for him to make another update.

Stronger and more mature minds could be crushed by less.
