But its important to remember that he wanted this. He lectured people on his streams about what he was doing while he was doing it and even now he is convinced (somehow) that his new body is attractive and is proud of it.

I believe the trial is scheduled for December. There hasn't been much in the way of updates in the case. Both sides have been quiet about what's going on.

It would be up to the judge to decide whether or not to allow the trial to be recorded.

I don't think they were ever confirmed but rumors from multiple people (Coomalot, Aaron) were that Balldofag was seeing prostitutes before he got arrested. I imagine prostitutes are much less fun when you're not blitzed out of your mind, but it's not like he's going to stop finding ways to do that either. It makes me wonder how much money MANdy managed to con him out of.
