Exactly.

It's really difficult for Monty to disprove he "sucks little boy dick," just like it's difficult to disprove "I can't stop masturbating to children," or for Meme Copium to disprove he looks at children while "thinking about how their asshole looks in candlelight."

That's why the types of claims he's made, without any supporting evidence whatsoever, are insidious. It's why the burden of proof is always on the claimant, and very much should be.

Meanwhile, Nick here is saddled with an official governmental record that says his daughter tested positive for an obscene amount of cocaine.

I rather think the veracity of many of the claims he's made against his enemies and detractors, vis-à-vis the government's claim against him regarding his daughter, is hardly equivalent, but what the fuck do I know.

I'm pretty sure the screenshot showing what got flagged and when and the claim in the attached tweet saying Melton is ignoring requests to remove the strike is new
The screenshot is new, I think, yes. The news he's flagging isn't though. You said "started" in your post, so I just wanted to point out he flagged that shit almost a week ago.

EDIT: Typo.

A clip from the pretty antisocial thing with Nick showing (I think) a new message between him and Aaron:

This one seems to be toward the end of Aaron and April's marriage. This one has Aaron highlighting his ex-wife Ashley as being a big source of stress in his marriage to April. April is hostile to Aaron but buddies with Nick & Kayla. Aaron is deep simping for April. Nick is cheering Aaron on telling him to fight for April.

Previous stories have tended to present a version where April is sick of being on the steel toe show and having to put up with garbage from Aaron's a-logs. This one suggests a whole different source of tension in the relationship which is Aaron's ex-wife and associated drama.

In his comments Nick makes a big deal about Aaron making April pick up his kids for the visitation. April was doing it because Aaron needed to start his morning show on time. Nick tries to use this in an unconvincing way to show that Aaron is bad dad.

Suddenly Nick, the great martyr to driving his keeds around town, now is of the view that any time spent driving the kids is totally precious and that anyone who would put showing up to work ahead of riding with their kids in a car is obviously a very bad dad.

What is interesting about this message is that I don't think either Nick or Aaron come across as very honest in it. IMO they were both snaking each other in terms of their intentions with April. Nick is probably not actually interested in saving Aaron's marriage to April and Aaron's simping for April probably doesn't quite reflect where he actually was at that moment.

You just know these two porkers think they’re the exceptions to Nick’s hatred and disgust for fat women.

Nick’s all-consuming, psychotic obsession with Aaron is something he should speak to a psychiatrist about. The fact that he continues to tweet about Aaron and talk about Aaron when he’s supposed to be providing trial commentary is something any dude in his right mind would he embarrassed of. But Nick will do anything to draw more people into his fixation. By continuing to talk about Aaron, he keeps the relationship alive and active.

Forget coke and whisky, Aaron is the real addiction for which Nick needs to count days of abstention. At this rate he’ll never get a 24 hour coin.

And, once again, we circle back to Nick thinking he's the greatest father in the universe because he drives his keeeeedz around.

Hey asshole, that comparison between you and Aaron might have actually worked better if the kids had clean clothes, and you fed them food instead of cocaine.

Say what you want about Aaron, but his kids look properly nourished to me.

Imagine sarcastically correcting someone’s grammar in public as a big own, and getting it wrong.

Also failing to deflect from the fact that you somehow dosed your children with cocaine.

It's almost impressive. It's like he's trying for those lolcow awards. People have been shooping pictures of him trying to make him look like a total faggot, and then he posts completely unaltered pictures so massively gay that even the shoopers have to give up, because nobody came up with anything this gay, even as a parody.

I mean LMAO. And I'll note that usually when people say LMAO they actually aren't, I have been unable not to cackle like a lunatic just looking at this picture.

He is a skeletal female faggot, that part is obvious. Then there's the part where this gay cuck shirt says "JAMAL" on it to signify how many black cocks he takes in the ass. And then he's smugly looking at the camera like he isn't the most gay faggot who ever took a selfie of himself looking like the gayest faggot of all time.

I am literally, and audibly, still chuckling smugly at this picture of this gay faggot right now right before I click post.

How would ANYONE post a selfie like this? Look at what a weak faggot he is. It's literally hilarious.
Nick has a humiliation fetish on top of gay cuckoldry.

Firstly just have to say, I really enjoy your posts, I started perking up when stumbling across your username back when you were doing pantsu edits that absolutely killed me and my significant other. I mostly lurk and read but I had a chance to respond here.

Nick is a narc and he's just had a massive ego injury, which is due to Aaron, who he sees as a lesser, winning out over him and looking above him publicly. This is a dunk of space jam proportions to a narc. Nick's normal need to just have some person to lord over was taken, the person also outright rejected the woman he wanted and sought (publicly at least) as well as all the comforts Nick "could afford". April he saw as superior to his own wife, and lusted for was shut down by a person who first, denied and intimidated Nick (Aaron). Who Nick felt superior to, and got left with the broken crack whore wreckage. Aaron walked this off like every bit of leaving (or being left by) her was a good thing. Leaving Nick and his life was a good thing, leaving even Nick's actual wife was a good thing no less. This is an injury completely accidentally in every form possible. Nick is actually factually buck broken by it. This isn't even bringing up how fucked Nick is in the court of public opinion (his ego from deceiving so many, in shambles and maybe irrepairable). How Nick's benzo'd retard tier wife awoke and fell in love with Aaron..which is itself a hammer blow to the temple, it's honestly the only thing in this situation I would say gives one over the other in the concern of "who is a cuck", as April was a mentally ill, basically retarded, coke whore.

All in all it's a nightmare to anyone, but even moreso for Nick who failed to even get one over on Aaron by outing his wife's nudes and shelling out more just to fail basically. A 50 dollar fee? Have we forgotten how much Nick paid during his ongoings? It was something like 5k per person for them to bond out with no testing, plus later they needed testing which they were obligated to pay for. Plus something like 3-4 lawyers. He was already in a bad financial place and had to lean on mommy and stepdaddy (who was more present than mommy, telling you how much love little nicky actually is afforded by his own blood, his mother).

This is death feud levels of narc injury. Nick won't ever get better, because despite what little intelligence he may have had prior as a pretend lawyer with a real license as well as real writing degree of dubious value, all his current intelligence or what is left after the drug use and drug use sacrifices are focused on Aaron. None can be allocated for anything of use. He's aligning with nobodies & PDF files, contradicting himself and outing himself daily, like a sub 90 IQ person on a construction job site who has had too many blows to the head in high school football.

To use the terms of one of my children, he is cooked.

He is going for the lil’ Davey Hogg build, he gave up his guns so you don’t have to.

Total Kiwi Farms victory.
Considering that he sperged at me specifically, I'm going to assume my post made him extremely frustrated and mad, and I correctly predicted literally every single cope argument he could come up with.

4-5 hours (of my boss' time) well spent.
Suffa, skelly. Suffa.

Can we also address the strawman? Nobody is asking him to prove a negative. Nobody is asking him to prove that "his daughter didn't get cocaine in her system". We're simply after a sound explanation, or at least theory as to why such a result could occur.
Look at it this way: if indeed there's an explanation for this, then it will serve to refine the processes to mitigate miscarriages of justice in the future. That's how science is done, unfortunately mishaps happen all the time, it's how the scientific community handles it that matters.
I'm all for second chances, just because parents do drugs recreationally doesn't mean their kids should be taken away immediately upon the result a single machine spits out. And indeed, this happens all the time. However, I have yet to see a single result that's above 1200 (heavy contamination from the environment), let alone greater than fucking 5000. Even absolute junkies will not intentionally drug their children.
Combined with the fact that this was apparently Nicholas Rugieta's "favourite". She has some medical conditions and she loves to be in the master bedroom with parents, this paints a rather sinister picture.
This demented skelly menace has shown that time and time again, he doesn't deserve a second chance and he knows how the cocaine got into her. The spoon they used to weigh crack thrown in the bedroom then picked up by his daughter to eat yogurt with in her favourite room makes far more sense than some kind of scalp-sweat-glove-metabolic interaction, or sample decontamination causing benzoylecgonine to metabolise inside the petri dish, or whatever the fuck else fantasy woo-woo.

>No, can't answer what affect [sic] it has. Next question?
Are you ESL?
affect or effect
Affect is most commonly used as a verb meaning “to act on or produce a change in someone or something,” as in Even a small adjustment can affect (change) the outcome of the experiment. Effect is most commonly used as a noun meaning “a result or consequence,” as in His words had the intended effect (result). This sense of effect appears in a few common idiomatic phrases, including in effect and take effect.

If the word you’re using is a verb, chances are you want affect. If you want to use a noun, chances are you want effect.

However, affect can also be used as a noun to refer to an emotional response or state, as in She plays the character with an artificially cheerful affect. Even more confusingly, effect can also be a verb meaning “to make happen,” as in We can effect a new and better society through reform. This much less frequently used sense is often used with the word change, as in It is difficult to effect change.
Maybe get a refund on that English literature degree to pay for your piss tests.

He wasn't bullied enough.

He really can't even get a single win over Aaron, at least some of which would work in any other situation:

Nick - "Aaron didn't leave April, April left Aaron"
Everyone - "They're divorced, but you're still married to the woman who cucked you"
Nick -"His show makes no money, I have proof"
Everyone - "You broke federal law to tell us something we already know?"
Nick - "Aaron committed revenge porn, we've got him"
Everyone - "Yeah, and turns out the dignity of a Rekieta is worth $50"
Nick - "Sex with him became less consensual"
Everyone - "Aaron raped you?"
Nick - "He ate my goo"
Everyone - "Your 8yo tested positive for cocaine"

Honestly at this point I'm surprised Nick hasn't tried killing him.

Nick is probably not actually interested in saving Aaron's marriage to April and Aaron's simping for April probably doesn't quite reflect where he actually was at that moment.
I've been following everything said by Aaron and Nick regarding this. April's actions demonstrate a pattern of manipulation and control. Instead of providing support and stability during a challenging situation, she chose to escalate tensions and insert herself unnecessarily.
• April pressured Aaron to involve her in decisions regarding his children, specifically demanding inclusion in the Wizard app. This was a clear attempt to assert control and insert herself into a situation where her involvement wasn't necessary or warranted.
• April's decision to pick up the kids instead of Aaron was another manipulative move. This action wasn't about the well-being of the children but rather about portraying herself as the active parent while Aaron was doing his show, which was their primary source of income (it's no different if he had a 9-5 brick and mortar job). This tactic was designed to make Aaron look irresponsible and to position April as the "hero" in the situation.
• April lied to Ashley, claiming that Aaron was abusive toward her. This was a deliberate attempt to gain Ashley's sympathy and trust, making Ashley believe that April was a victim and needed support.
• Despite her claims of abuse, April never pressed charges against Aaron, even after their divorce. This inconsistency suggests that her allegations were likely false and merely a tactic to gain leverage in the situation.
• By spreading lies about Aaron's alleged abuse, April created a false narrative that painted Aaron in a negative light. This not only manipulated Ashley's perception of Aaron but also influenced others who heard the false allegations.
Aaron's statement that "April is exactly like Nick" holds weight, as her actions mirror Nick's manipulative tactics. April is the kind of woman Nick deserves and vice versa. As for Aaron texting he'd give up his kids, it's a nothing burger because actions speak louder than words. He didn't follow thru with it. Guys on drugs tend to say really impulsive, stupid stuff especially when whores are involved.

Edit: removed repetitive words/sentences

- Your daughter tested positive for cocaine.
- Ah, the classic "tu quoque" logical fallacy, just as expected from a nerd. *smirks, adjusts fedora balldo*

God almighty, how is this skelly faggot a real person? HOW?

I found it rather odd that he wasn’t receiving more pushback on the whole sobriety narrative. First, he was Mr. “Sober Since June,” then suddenly became Mr. “More Sober Than Andy Warski,” followed by Mr. “As soon as I could, I went back to my favorite whiskey—but didn’t like it,” and now he’s Mr. “30 Days Sober.” Quite the evolving timeline.

I'm not. I just want to see this disgusting subhuman piece of shit squirm for his daughter getting dosed with cocaine and it obviously being his fault however it happened, and watching him come up with an endless series of absolutely ridiculous self-contradictory lies because he'll never, ever live that down.
- Ah, the classic "tu quoque" logical fallacy, just as expected from a nerd. *smirks, adjusts fedora balldo*
He literally doesn't even know what tu quoque means. Unless the other guy also dosed his kid with cocaine, saying that makes absolutely no sense.

Not that brain charred cocaine addicts usually make sense.

It's one of those. . .ahem. . .non sequiturs.
