This one is kind of interesting because Nick is coming as close as he can on probation to proclaiming his continuing love for hard drugs and that he did nothing wrong by being on them to a point where he neglected his kinds and his life got totally out of control. "drugs are fun" and "that's why people do them" and alot of good memories happened from his decision to make drugs the absolute center of his life, not feed his kids and live with them in a dirty house.

Then at the end he tries to turn it around and if you call him out for being unrepentant about his drug problems and how he treated his children, its YOUR PROBLEM STALKER CHILD not his.
