Because Nick's seething that Kurt, who he made fun of for getting less viewers than him, is now getting more viewers than Nick, so Nick needs to embarrass Kurt by playing a mildly embarrassing video about food.
If we're being perfectly honest, the pizza casserole video is about more than just food. IIRC, it's the one where Kurt talks about being willing to invite girls as young as 17 over for dinner as long as the 17 year olds don't cross state lines.
To be fair to Kurt, that's actually legal in Texas (where the AoC is 17). It's just that some people found it creepy just the same, and Nick's gonna try to hammer Kurt on that because he desperately wants to cast all his enemies as pedos, even as he is besties with Melton.
Thing is, it's been done to death at this point. Just like the Icy Hot video. Kino Casino got to it first, back when Kurt was still pro-Nick.
None of this is gonna help Nick out of his situation. He's just having another seethe sesh because Kurt had an entertaining interview with TB's lawyer, that more people wanted to watch than whatever the fuck this shit that Nick is trying to do these days is called. I mean, he
calls it a trial stream, but it feels more like he puts the trial on in the background, while he slapfights with people on Twitter. It's shades of Ethan Ralph and the Tucker Carlson clips.
I mean, we're getting to the point where Nick isn't even so much punching down on Kurt anymore. You might even be able to argue he's trying to punch up at this point. Nick has fallen so far.
I'm conflicted as to whether he's still trying to make a go of it just for his ego at this point, or he needs to do it for the sake of his P.O..
Also...
They're called hate watchers.
The only positive attention they can reliably get outside of their small and dwindling fanbases is by going after the other. The fact that they are still doing this over a year after the last time they interacted with each other suggests that they're going to keep doing it for as long as anyone cares.
To that point, I would note that Kurt is probably winning more than Aaron, because Kurt is basically doing his own thing now, and succeeding, while Nick ineffectively continues to fling shit at him.
Nick thinks Kurt is a weak target, but Kurt has actually proven far more resilient than I think people were willing to give him credit for.
Nick's number one enemy is still Aaron, but Kurt is probably #2 at this point, and the rest of Lawtube after that.
EDIT: Typo.
