I wonder if the nanny still works for the lawyer?

Was it ever resolved who gave Melton that police report (or whatever it was) within 24 hours of the arrests?
I don't think it ever was, no.

IIRC it was widely suspected to be from Nick.
I can't see any reason why Nick would want that to get out to anybody. Even though, legally, it was gonna get out eventually.

"It was funny" means he was trying to hit on the pretty menopausals
He's not gonna fuck them. They are not his type. Unless he gets really desperate.

Look, the thing to keep in mind here is that they are all using each other to go after Aaron. Not just PAS, but also the broader Dabbleverse.

The only thing that made me think he would is that it doxed Kayla’s family members and the mandated reporters from church. Nick is just that fucking nasty that he’d want to do whatever he could to increase the chances of them all getting harassed.

You say that but he was feeling out Faran about swinging when she was obese. Nick isn’t as choosy as he wants people to believe.

I have a bad feeling that something violent is going to befall Aaron soon. These people are just way too angry at him and they seem to vie for Senpai’s attention.

Meanwhile he has committed per se defamation against the real nanny:
He thought it was someone else stealing his booze? Like who? Lying faggot. Hopefully the nanny takes him to court. He's also just admitted to further child neglect either way.
More inclined to believe that the kids learned from their dad to lie as naturally as they breath tbh. Hell they might not even realize it. I'm mostly the opposite of my dad (he's a people person) and sometimes I catch myself and think "hey wait a minute, this is my dad's behavior"

So he noticed whole bottles of alcohol going missing from a household containing five children and did nothing to investigate, nor did his children feel comfortable telling him about this blatantly abusive behaviour. We're meant to believe that the nanny was careless and cruel, despite the Rekieta household going to absolute shit the moment she left, and despite Nick only bringing it up once it became the new convenient way to explain away his troubles. How funny and weird. This will definitely beat the neglectful father allegations.

Also I can't be the only one seeing the hidden implication that she may have been responsible for the coke. It's kind of like he's saying out of the corner of his mouth, "well if she was giving the children alcohol..." I expect she'll be the next target of his allegations now that the police officer, Aaron, coke fairy, Ronald McDonald and the Pope stories didn't stick.

Those kids are either going to be deeply scarred or absolute monsters when they grow up.

Three things stand out to me:

1. Yes. It's really weird to me how he's not full of fire and brimstone like he usually is, and insisting that Null will never get the bodycam. Normally, I would expect him to be calling Null and Hardin dummies, or something. He may have resigned himself to the fact it's gonna get released.
He seems rattled, and as he runs down the list of ways to release the footage, he seems most concerned that April might have accepted the offer to sign the data request form, or whatever the fuck it's called. Or at least that's my takeaway.

He also says that he blamed "someone else" for the bottles going missing after he went on a trip for a couple days. Which, assuming any of this story is true, would most likely mean he screamed at Kayla or one of his older children for throwing out or stealing his liquor. And none of the witnesses to the nanny allegedly gulping down all that liquor on the job spoke up to say that actually, it was the nanny. The same nanny who worked full time hours much of it was spent driving. Apparently Nick didn't care that much that she was drinking on the job.

Or maybe what you're saying is right and Nick would have the listener believe that he took no action to investigate why expensive bottles of liquor that he very much cared about were going missing.

Doesn't make sense.

I wonder if the nanny still works for the lawyer?
No. Actually he's accused her of drinking on the job.

Oh. Sorry. I thought you meant the formerly non-practicing by choice, now non-practicing by court order felonious lawyer. I wasn't aware that she since started working for an actual lawyer.

And Nick always tells the truth.
And we must always trust what Nick says.
If Nick says that he re-gained custody of the children in august, we have to trust what Nick says.

......even if doing that makes less than no sense.
That's a retarded post, as I never said that. The "resolved" claim from Nick as of August obviously makes no sense and was bullshit.

But it makes sense that despite the fact that he was lying about "resolved" what he may be referring to is having gotten trial custody, potentially supervised by the grandparents. This is entirely consistent with the public documents as was discussed in the thread at the time.

The bottom line is that he was being tested from June to November 2024 and Keanu, whose source was April, suggested that Nick was late to his final test in November and was using whippets to avoid testing positive, but did not mention that he failed "several" tests. If you have anything that disputes that, feel free to let me know.

Whoever leaked it;
  • Had access to an unredacted copy
  • Knew melton
It's not a big list.
Since that list includes anyone who knew Aaron Imholte as a local radio host and knew that Melton was a guy making fun of Aaron Imholte on the Internet, it seems quite possible that that list had more than one name on it.

I must be missing the incentive for Rekieta to leak the fact that observers in his church and family with no obvious reason to lie would report that he seen driving while appearing drugged up, that his children were being sent out in smelly, unwashed clothes, that he had apparent track marks on his arms, etc.

Not to both criteria. The only people who should have had access to the unredacted report (prior to the leak) should have been the police, Nick and his co-defendants, and their lawyers, who at the time, was Nick.

Nick's an asshole and wanted his accusers harassed by the Still_life's in his fandom.

I just know, from years of observation, that his usual M.O. is to call the person acting in opposition to him a "dummy" and to declare that they're not gonna win. By his very nature, he is an arrogant jackass.

Oftentimes this is followed by him having to eat shit.

Even people that have only followed him for just the last two years should have picked up on that by now.

He's not doing it this time, and it's REALLY obvious to me.

Hell, maybe he's finally starting to realize he's not as smart as he thinks he is. Wouldn't that be a trip?

Poor Nick, the choices he made with Kayla cost him half of his life. Here's to hoping his choices with April cost him the rest.

This being the nanny who he was originally totally cool with having her boyfriend round and them using the spa together (how did he know that? was he watching them or watching them on his video footage from his house?) before eventually accusing her of spending too much on "snacks" (ie the only food his children received) and threatening her with violence (his weird comment on having guns and reminding her of that).
