Who are you going to believe:

Multiple people who don't know each other, have no indication of conspiring, and have no reason to lie, or Nick, a man who's publicly admitted that he lied about doing cocaine because "admitting to doing a crime is dumb"?
This says a lot about Nick and his faggotry. He's literally utterly insane, and he thinks completely unrelated people are conspiring against him, to accuse him of crimes we all know he actually committed.

Somehow in Nick's Clown World, the only reason everyone knows he committed crimes he's repeatedly admitted to are a huge conspiracy against him.

What a fag!

I'll put it that way. Obviously, I would like the actual footage footage, and I will do everything in my power to get the footage footage. But the foot's in the door. I already have something. And if all else fails, there's no walking it back. It's done."
Am I retarded or does this sentence not make sense. I'm probably retarded.
I think what he means that there is some stuff that got out via other means already. For example, Sean says that he has seen still pictures of the inside of the house.

What I think he means is that he has something already, but is sitting on it under the belief he's getting the body cam. But if for some reason that doesn't happen, we are still 100% getting something at this point. Even if it's just a consolation prize.

What is the noun Josh uses to describe what the daughter could possibly be? It sounds almost like “tea strainer.” I’ve listened several times but can’t make it out.

Is he saying teetotaller? Which would also be the exact opposite of what he means as well as a wild pronunciation, but it is Null.

Its possible that someone with access, but not permission to release the footage publicly, may have either described it to Josh from memory or recorded it on their phone while it was playing on a screen.
(This is purely speculation. Releasing bodycam footage in any format, without the court's consent or a legal ruling ordering its release, is illegal. Do not do this.)

For many rural Americans they very much identify with redneck culture because many of them are rednecks. Get an hour outside of Cleveland, Indianapolis, Chicago, etc. and you are in God's Country. You find similar scenery and the same overall feel of good, honest, and, god-fearing people who want to make a good living for their family. That said, I do recognize that it's still not the South and many of them will acknowledge that as well.
It is jarring traveling from the South around the country and seeing seeming pastiches of my culture in other parts of the country.

It's not so much offensive as it is is confusing and sometimes annoying. Very uncanny valley. You see people with the seeming trappings of your culture, but you know that they are not your people.

I guess it's like a sibling aping your mannerisms. It's flattering, but disconcerting.

Sounds like he is messing up teetotaler, which is the inverse of what he means since they abstain from alcohol

According to the hair follicle test she is a habitual cocaine abuser, so her also having a drinking problem would be the least surprising thing about Nick’s parenting.

I’d like to hear exactly what Cuck means by, “The state backed down…” as that particular sentence fragment is doing a lot of the heavy lifting for this particular lying session of morning reee-ing on twitter. Expert testimony is generally for trials, there was no trial. How’d the state backed down, exactly? More like, the case is sealed, so the cuck thinks he’s got carte blanch to lie through his balldo about the circumstances, again.

Null speculating that since Nick went from having to do nothing to everything while in the midst of addiction he drove the kids to church under the influence. Likely Nick thinks that the nanny leaving abruptly forced him to have to drive drunk, ruining his life:
Wasn't Nick drunk driving the kids around on no sleep long before the nanny left? Or does it just feel like this has been going on for years?

The State did not back down.
He plead guilty.
He preened up about how he would win, then backed down like the pussy ass bitch he is.

"The state backed down..." meanwhile in reality, junkies tend to have their kids test positive for drugs, Nick probably looked good because only ONE of his kids had ingested cocaine. They probably had no plans to litigate that at all and instead just made Nick bleach his whole house to make sure it was clear of environmental cocaine before letting the kids back in the house.

:really:Your honor, the evidence WILL SHOW through our expert that there's a 0.8% chance that my daughter's positive cocaine test was a mistake, the ebidance WILL S-
"Thank you, Mr. Rekieta, but that won't be necessary. You can have supervised visitation starting next week and we'll get them back in your home pronto as long as you keep pissing clean."

EDIT: I just realized he probably means the State backed down from hitting him with the child endangerment misdemeanor. He keeps saying they couldn't prove the elements but that's because in his swiss cheese'd brain he thinks he can just claim that the cocaine was all in a safe behind a locked door and thus there was no child endangerment. Nevermind that there was cocaine through an open bedroom door out in the open in the bedroom so he's retarded, that wouldn't work.

Then where are the charges? Why did they drop it? Nick traded the misdemeanors to cop to the felony. It's not complicated. He even admitted this on Twitter. It's also consistent with his defense of "they have him dead to rights on the revenge porn felony" - nick says that in THAT case, Aaron getting the felony dropped to plead to the misdemeanor does NOT suggest that they couldn't prove the felony on the revenge porn. But Nick getting the misdemeanor dropped to plea to the felony? That proves, BEYOND ALL DOUBT, that they wouldn't have been able to move forward on the misdemeanor child endangerment.

My impression is that it’s not usually this difficult, expansive or protracted to get bodycam footage, even if minors are present. Do any of the attorneys working on this have an idea of what the holdup is?
Isn't there speculation Nick's rich parents have been pulling a lot of weight for him or something to prevent embarrassment to the family?

The Nick Rekieta Crime family is trying to frame this poor nanny. We go from the daughter hiding her coke and drinking habits by claiming the nanny was the one stealing the booze, to the eldest son who didn’t notice a nanny slamming bottles of whiskey while babysitting, or the polycule, and doesn’t even know what drugs are. Then Lady Rackets who was arrested for cocaine possession and found to have a prescription bottle full of not only her prescription but weed gummies and an ‘unknown’ pill. I kinda lost my train of thought because lol at Kayla being arrested like that.

What a colorful family.

i dont understand what rekieta was saying on the female horse podcast. bodycam footage of criminal arrests is FOIAable in the United States of America. unless it's somehow different in Minnesota, which, im not a lawyer, but then again neither is he, I've FOIA'd bodycam stuff before on a felony case, and they withheld it until post sentencing and then simply charged me for their processing and editing fees to blur any victims. am i missing something here or is this crack ghoul just once again a complete fucking retard?
