So, I’m going to preface this by saying I’m not sure what Nick is up to now, like I don’t know what he does or talks about on stream nowadays or what kind of life he lives now, I haven’t been keeping up. BUT my read on Nick Rekeita is a man at odds with the life he’s built (trad family man, with wife and 5 homeschooled kids) and the life he wants to live (rich, swinger party guy).
To be fair, he lived the trad dad life for some time and I’m sure, when he first built that life, that’s what he wanted and he was happy. I think things probably started to change during or shortly after Rittenhouse trial, when he was basking in all this newfound fame and attention and opportunities and money. I think, right around that time is when he started to want something a little different, something that is the complete opposite of the life he was living, actually lol.
I saw a video that dove deep into the downfall of what happened with Nick Rekeita (forget the stream, but I’ll link it if I find it), which featured a clip from early 2022 of Nick basically saying people should be very careful who they marry and strongly advocated for prenups, IIRC. The narrator took that as Nick (who has a trust fund) did NOT make his wife sign a prenup before they got married, but now wanted a divorce, but felt he couldn’t because she could take half of everything he has (plus alimony and child support for 5 kids, etc. although child support would be a given, regardless). From this, I sort of took it like ok, he told his wife fine, no divorce, but he wants to open up the marriage, then. I think that’s what happened. And Kayla somewhat reluctantly agreed and that’s how this whole thing starts. If true (he wanted a divorce and just didn’t do it because of his trust fund, alimony, etc), then that suggests Nick no longer wanted to live the life of a traditional family manwith his wife and 5 homeschooled kids, he wanted to live the life of a rich party guy with no kids and no responsibilities tying him down…but he couldn’t, so he tried to do both lol, which im sure is hard to keep up, bc the 2 lifestyles aren’t conducive to each other at all lol, really, in direct conflict, in fact. You’re a trad dad that homeschools his 5 kids bc you’re afraid of what they’ll be exposed to in regular school….as you, your wife and swinger friends expose them to polyamory, orgies and cocaine-fueled nights at your home lol. Like I have never seen 2 lifestyles more at odds with each other lol. But Nick wasn’t ready to accept that, so he tried to trick himself into thinking he can somehow live both lives, or maybe he knew on some level he couldn’t, but didn’t care, he was gonna do what he wanted to do. I’m not sure. But either way, that’s what I think happened.
