tbh if the PO is doing a daily sweep of his social media presence he's less likely to come down on him any time soon because the entertainment ends when you do and you can always do it later since he's at least trying to hide it.

I get that a PO's work, in theory, is to facilitate an offender's reintigration into society. Good, sensible, honorable. But isn't it also to make an example of how NOT to be, when under Daddy Gubmint's watchful eyes? After all, Nick has had his adult card revoked, ideally temporarily, but nevertheless revoked. If I was a PO, dealing with a long list of degenerates, I would hope for a notable I can point to as an exemplar, an example of how not to be. Nick, from available evidence, isn't punching his children in the face or fucking them (cocaine positive asterisk applied here *), but still, he's a clear example of flouting the spirit of the court's intent, if not the letter.

It is very obvious when you make a cut like that how he is doing nitrous. Almost every time he comes back from a break and speaks, his voice is lower. He tries to hide it by doing a dumb 'impression' voice, but it is so obvious he is doing gas when he steps away. He actually had to go take hits of gas, because a 90 IQ mean girl was felting him so hard. This man claims to be a lawyer and he is losing to her. He should be disbarred for that alone.
Her parents (the kid's grandparents) clearly want to help and would be able to help. Not to relitigate what has already been discussed for dozens of pages in this thread, but she could easily have left dozens of times now but she won't because she is nearly as monstrous as him. Remember, Nick Rekieta gave his 8 year old daughter cocaine. That alone is reason to leave him and never look back. But she won't do that, because she is a pilled out zombie that doesn't care about her own children. Would a decent mother allow her children to go in public with dirty clothes, to go hungry, to ingest drugs, to live in filth? Of course not. Kayla Rekieta is as monstrous as Nick.
