The point of a ruined orgasm is that without stimulation you don't get the "orgasm" feel. You just kinda pointlessly spurt. On its own it isn't about pain, it's about ceasing all stimulation - ie: pulling down to the base right at the point of no return, and keeping your hand still. BDSM isn't always about pain. It's also about dominance and control, which I think she craves in more ways than one.

As someone who grew up in the prairies, i can assure you that they do. In fact, i think they have the right to do so if the dog is a risk towards your livestock. Roaming dogs also bring risk of rabies so it's not a huge deal to get rid of a stray that's hanging around.
