After playing through the Kiwi Farms Community Doom Mapping Project No. 2, I decided to read through the Doomworld thread to learn more about the mapmaking community behind a game that’s now 35 years old. I’ve played a ton of Doom over the years, but I never paid much attention to the community and wanted to learn more about how it could have gone downhill.

This curiosity and reading through the thread would lead me to accidentally discover that @IKOL is, at best, a huge a-logging lolcow in his own right, or at worst, a self-admitted pedophile. What’s even crazier is that the evidence has been right here on the forums since 2021, yet somehow nobody but me seems to have made this connection until now.

On August 11, 2021, a Kiwi in the Doomworld thread posted a series of Discord screenshots from 2019 where a user named “Wereknight” admitted to dating an underage girl and called her gorgeous. In these screenshots, Wereknight said he was “almost 25” at the time and admitted to dating a girl who was “7-9 years" younger than him, meaning the girl would have been 15-17.


IKOL himself would reply to these Discord screenshots in the Kiwifarms post below that one, stating they were real, confirming he was the Wereknight in question, and not denying saying any of this. IKOL claims these were a joke, the girl he was bragging about was not real, and uses the excuse that his service in the Russian military traumatized him to the point of temporary insanity, which somehow made him want to joke about dating a teenager.


In May 2024, the allegations resurfaced in the Doomworld thread again, and IKOL responded by linking to his personal Twitter account, where he posted a TwitLonger he’d written in 2023 addressing the situation. In this TwitLonger, he again confirmed he’s Wereknight and that the Discord screencaps were real. His justification was that he had befriended a girl on that server and claimed he initially didn’t know she was underage at the time. He said the girl was banned from the server at some point and that she used her “influence” over him to manipulate him into saying intentionally shocking things, specifically getting him to “lie” about dating a nonexistent teenager for shock value. He then admitted he had feelings for the girl despite being made aware she was 16, tried to end the relationship because he knew it was wrong, and said the teenager tried to “blackmail” him to keep him around.


In short, he claims he lied about e-dating a teenager on the Discord server in some sort of attempt at edgy trolling... but at the same time, he actually WAS e-dating a different teenager he met on Discord. For some reason, he also posted scans of his psych ward paperwork from the Russian military hospital he was in, presumably believing that being mentally ill excuses him from wanting to date a teenager.


While we’re at it, here’s a tweet that’s aged poorly. Note how the quoted tweet is from “The Tainted Slav”, and it’s discussing Marisa the Magician, another Doomworld pedo (We’ll come back to both of those people, don’t worry).


If you needed any more evidence that IKOL and Wereknight are the same person, here’s another Kiwi posting a meme graphic about Wereknight and Marisa, and IKOL responding to it. He originally registered on the Farms as “Wereknight,” but at some point, he changed his username to IKOL. When you change your name on the Farms, older posts that quote you will still refer to the old name since they can’t be edited.


At this point, I then decided to look up the ModDB submission page for the Kiwifarms Doom project and noticed a couple of things: IKOL states on KF he uploaded it himself, he also goes by the username IkolthurBenoit, and in the comments, he was using the IkolthurBenoit account to have another slapfight with the previously mentioned pedophile Marisa the Magician. Not only would IKOL a-log Marisa by repeatedly linking to his own KF posts, but he would post this entire retarded slapfight to the KF Community Feature Submissions thread, which coincidentally is how I discovered this entire chain of events in the first place. Take note of how “TaintedSlav” from Twitter returned as well.


Now, just to be clear: Marisa/OrdinaryMagician is also a pedophile and their antics were featured on the front page back in August 2023 (in a featured post that was written by IKOL, no less). That being said, it doesn’t change the fact that we have two pedophiles having the gayest slapfight over who’s the worst pedophile, with IKOL using the Farms as a personal army to air out his retarded drama.

Finally, Wereknight was powerworded as Oleg Vovk on Doomwiki. Looking at the edit history for this page on the wiki, the Oleg name has remained uncontested in every single edit and has been there since the page was created in 2019, so the odds of it being a fake name thrown in by a troll seem pretty low.


Since IKOL is one of those people who links to all of his accounts, I was able to find Oleg on Boosty, which led to finding his VK, which linked to his Artstation (wouldn’t archive properly). From there, there was a link to his older ModDB, which led to an old Deviantart account, and finally to a Weblancer account.

One of the more interesting connections I made through these account links is that Oleg uses the username “Tainted Slav” on Boosty. If you go back and look at the screenshots I posted earlier of the Marisa argument on the ModDB page, you’ll notice one of the commenters is “TaintedSlav.” If you look at the Twitter screenshots again, you’ll see the account he quote-tweeted is “TheTaintedSlav”. In other words, Oleg is using sockpuppet accounts in his slapfight with Marisa to bolster his comments.

In summary:
-Wereknight, IKOL, IkolthurBenoit, and Tainted Slav are all the same person.
-Wereknight admitted to dating a teenager multiple times.
-He tried to cover this up by “jokingly” stating he was dating a different teenager as some sort of weird trolling attempt.
-He likes getting in slapfights with other pedophiles, abuses sockpuppet accounts, and is completely unaware of how much of a hypocritical a-log he is.
-He's argued with Marisa using his socks multiple times, and posted screenshots of the conversations pretending multiple people are shitting on Marisa (and it's not just him on multiple accounts).
-The Kiwis posting in the Doomworld thread are straight up retarded for not making this connection sooner.

Now admittedly, I’m not well-versed in my Doomworld lore and I’m approaching this whole shitshow as an outsider, so I could be getting some of this wrong. But let’s be honest here, either IKOL dated a teenager and/or he “ironically” joked about dating a different teenager. At this point, whether he actually dated the girl is mostly irrelevant, because he admitted to it. Even if he was joking and it didn’t happen, he still looks like a huge hypocritical sockpuppeting pedophile a-log any way you look at this situation.
