Just because Romanias AOC is 15 does not excuse him anywhere except in the court of law. Legality does not equal morality.

While pedophilia in the literal term refers to 14 and younger, morally speaking a 20 year older man (Andrew Tate) or 7-8 year older man (IKOL) has no business messaging, e-dating or sending suggestive messages to teenagers no matter how you slice it. If he (IKOL) didn't message her (the 16yo teenager, meaning less than 18_)then it does not save him from ridicule. Not even the controversial "they are not real" defense can apply to stating the intent to date or consider dating a real living and breathing 16 year old. There are 30 year olds in this day and age with the mental capacity of a 18 year old. If you apply basic empathy a 16 year old is in no way shape or form mature enough to reasonably consent to either IKOL or Andrew Tate, even if it's legal. A parent worth his salt would cut that shit in it's roots.

Just because Andrew Tate is not legally a pedophile, I would not in my wildest dreams defend his actions as anything else but predation on the inexperienced and vulnerable, nor go around "well ackhually 16 is Ephebophilia!!!!" IKOL at worst has committed predation on a teenager, at best flirted with the idea of e-dating a teenager.
