You're right about that. Finishing retard school, or anything for that matter, is a positive reflection on your record. Tiffany dropping out and refusing to do anything makes her fall into the 'non-compliant' pile.

Zoey seems capable of learning though, a trait we know is rare in lolcows. She rubbed shoulders with Elaine but soon realized it was a bad idea and disavowed her. When confronted with evidence of some nasty bullshit she was into a few years ago (like diaper shit), she didn't try to deny it: she admitted it and said she grew out of it, and as far as I know there's no evidence of her still pursuing this kind of thing. She tried sperging out about how her cuts are deepfakes and she will sue Josh and shit, but then eventually admitted it after some bullying, and the thread largely let go of it after she did so this proved to be a wise choice. Say what you want about Zoe-zo but it seems to me like she is at least somewhat capable of growth.
So yeah, I vote Coltroon as the most retarded. Zoey is young, I wouldn't say she is completely hopeless just yet.

What's her eating schedule like? I assume practically non-existent if I were to go off from the rest of her general behavior, this is probably the first time she's touched a fruit/vegetable in months (maybe years)
