Your typical background check, even one you pay for, doesn't include civil actions. A lot of places, especially smaller ones, don't background check at all, they just say they do to scare away applicants.Yeah I appreciate that you're not allowed to ask too many questions about their disability, but you would think that a basic background check that reveals that "this individual has filed vexatious lawsuits against almost every human being he has ever being in contact with and then some" would give a business pause.
