Your typical background check, even one you pay for, doesn't include civil actions. A lot of places, especially smaller ones, don't background check at all, they just say they do to scare away applicants.

Stebbins has arrived in the Third Circuit for the Google and Rumble cases. Sadly the actual appeals are not there yet, just the notices that he is appealing.

That was when they granted a stay on the Order to Show Cause why Stebbins shouldn't be fined $1500 for lying about $15. So he's got 10 days to re-submit himself to the judge that's wanting to sanction him, or come up with another wildly inappropriate appeal vector.

No, Stabby only goes to places where he has 100% control. He cannot, just cannot, stand to see criticism of himself or his ideas. His ego just cannot handle it. Just look at his Jew Tube channel, every video has it's comments pruned and deleted until it's nothing but glowing praise of his lofty mental takes.

I missed this on Friday I guess, but we got shiny new Stabby content in Stebbins v. Jones.
To recap, the court stayed any action in the case until the Circuit court appeal was completed. It was denied. He's now asking to continue the stay until the Supreme Court denies him cert. I think this is the appeal for the court to appoint him counsel so he doesn't get slapped with fines for the Order to Show Cause response that he owes the court once the stay is lifted.
Also, Stebbins v Google in the 3rd circuit where the case was tossed in Delaware. The 3rd is telling him since the case was dismissed without prejudice then there's no appeal yet.

More likely he wants to stall out this process until he collects every penny. Then he'll find some excuse or pleading to duck the $1500 sanctions once every appeal is exhausted. It costs him nothing to stall and $1500 to stop stalling, so we know what he plans to do for the next few years.

Ahh, he's going to argue with the 3rd circuit why they can't throw out his appeal. I don't understand why he doesn't just wait for the underlying cases to be docketed in WD Arkansas and pursue them there, it's a mystery. (This is a joke, it's funny.)
