Edit 2: Restructured it a bit, added a section about his Skool course and the leaks. It really seems like the current arc is Clav trying to chase clout any way he can.

I’ve seen clavicular’s supposed lefort 2 surgery mentioned a lot in this thread.
But what did he actually say about it?


The thing is, lefort 2 isn’t just some simple cosmetic surgery like a rhinoplasty or a genioplasty.
It’s far more invasive and rarely performed, especially for aesthetic purposes.


There are three types of lefort osteotomy cuts: lefort 1, 2, and 3.

Lefort 1 is the most common and involves cutting the upper jaw (maxilla) above the teeth to move it forward, backward, or vertically and also rotate it.
It’s often paired with BSSO (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy) which repositions the lower jaw. I’ve seen quite a few looksmaxxers get lefort 1 + BSSO for both cosmetic and functional reasons.
Sometimes they add a genioplasty, rhinoplasty, or infraorbital or malar implants to push the aesthetic improvements even further.
These are typically done in combination under general anesthesia.


Even lefort 1 alone is significantly more invasive than something like a rhinoplasty.
You need braces for around two years before the surgery to align the teeth, and after the operation, your face is swollen for months. You’ll be on a soft-food diet for weeks, and the recovery is pretty long and taxing.
Complications with lefort 1 can include nerve damage leading to numbness in the midface or chin. There’s also a risk of relapse, malocclusion, sinus issues and infection.


But clavicular is apparently getting lefort 2?...
Lefort 2 involves a pyramidal cut that mobilizes not just the upper jaw but the nasal bridge, orbital rims, and central midface.
It’s significantly more invasive and brings much higher risks. Any movement in that region risks damage to the infraorbital nerves, orbit, nasal structure, and potentially even the base of the skull if something goes wrong.
Complications can include chronic numbness, vision issues, facial instability, and in severe cases, cerebrospinal fluid leaks.


Now, I’ve been around on .org for a while, and lefort 2 and 3 have always been considered pipe dreams, surgeries no qualified surgeon would perform unless the patient had severe functional or syndromic deformities.
They’re primarily reserved for extreme craniofacial abnormalities, not cosmetic enhancement. They’re simply too invasive and risky to justify unless there’s a major medical indication.


So yeah, clavicular says he’s getting lefort 2.
And while he generally does follow through on what he claims, it’s still hard to believe.
Clavicular getting lefort 2 just seems quite unlikely to me.
