If they're worried that he's going to murder people, they could just nail him for any of his obvious probation violations and let him cool his heels in jail for a month. Making death threats against Keanu is a crime, even if she doesn't report it, and being recorded on stream makes proving it trivial. They might not normally be willing to watch his stream like a hawk just to call him up and order him to report for a test immediately after he turns off his screen for 5 seconds and comes back with a changed voice, but if they're actually worried about violence, it would be an easy way to get him off the streets before he does something. Since he is on probation they can also search his house, which undoubtedly contains items he's forbidden to have while on probation, such as additional drugs or firearms, which is sure to result in even more felony charges. Minnesota is way too cucked to put him in prison for any meaningful duration, but it would at least allow them to shorten his leash.
